Everyone was doing their best but I had to wait over an hour for the two guys to be done with their two customers, with two more waiting behind me. Maybe I'm just unlucky and it's not usually that busy? Room for improvement would be have more front desk staff on duty. When it was my turn, staff was very professional, patient and kind when I got stressed out with paperwork.
This is a total rip-off I recommend that you sell your car privately or sell it by parts part it out you make more money this is truly crony capitalism
