I hate to write this after many good experiences with service at this place, but unfortunately I can’t let this one slide. I almost died today because of your teams mistake. Please make sure that all of the technicians restore the headlights to auto instead of turning them off. I just drove home from work at night on the highway, and almost had a car crash. Because my lights were turned off, instead of auto like usual, I couldn't really see the car stopped ahead of me very well. I had to slam on the brakes hard. I didn't realize the lights were off until later once there weren't so many cars on the road. My commute initially started at dusk with lots of cars around and it was not obvious at all that my headlights were not on. This is a serious safety issue. Please make sure your technicians return the headlight settings to as they found them I'm not sure that I even would've avoided a collision if it wasn't for the forward collision warning system. At least I can thank Lexus for that.
Ahmad was our salesperson. He was professional and very patient. He went through many options, choices… and finally we happily chose our favorite. Buying a car was an exhaustive but fun event with an understanding salesperson like Ahmad.
