First time going to this service center, since I used to take it to the one in Fremont. Booking an appt online was very easy and it did it the night before. Marcos was very nice, professional and so was all the rest of the staff I interacted with. He made some great recommendations on what I needed for my regular maintenance service. I'll be back since this one is closer to home! They happened to also have a loaner SUV, and that helped me continue on with my busy day and other meetings I needed to attend, without skipping a beat.
