Michael Valenzuela was very professional, efficient and knew exactly what he was doing. Unlocked my vehicle very quick and got along with my day. His ETA was 30 min faster than what was said to me. Thank you Michael for turning my day around.

Total lifesaver! My car was in the shop, so I was borrowing a friend's car, and l somehow killed the battery the night before I REALLY needed to use it. I called AAA, and got a call from Anthony. He said I'd just missed the guy with the "battery" truck, and he didn't have the one I needed on his truck. I let him know that I was leaving for work at 06:30 the next morning, and I was in a bind. He said, "Okay, if you can wait an extra 20 mins, I'll run back to the shop, pick up a battery, and them come to your house." He did just that. Tested the battery to make sure it needed one, then proceeded to quickly and efficiently swap out the battery for a new one. Wow, I was ecstatic! Got the car going, and was able to get on the road the following morning at 06:30 as planned. Thank you again Anthony!!!

Called AAA for a battery replacement as dealership flagged a critical issue. They dispatched Michael Valenzuela who called quickly, gave me a prompt timeline to arrive and showed up on time. Great guy- super communicative and transparent on pricing and options. Replaced with new battery in no time and was a great guy to chat with. Would highly recommend.

I contacted AAA emergency road service and Michael V. with Dick's Community Towing was quick to respond to my call due to a dead car battery. He arrived and thoroughly checked the battery health, starter and alternator. During the process he explained the work he was performing. Michael was friendly, easy going and very polite. I ended up getting a new battery, which Michael took care of quickly. Thanks so much Michael!

Our car’s engine wouldn’t start and we were stuck in a parking lot. We called Triple A, and the person who helped us was Michael V. We were tired from a long day out and just wanted to go home and rest, and Michael ended up being a godsend. He fixed the issue in a few minutes while clearly and concisely explaining the issue with our car and also maintaining a very friendly and polite attitude throughout, despite clearly having had a long day himself. Very impressed.

Michael came out when I was stuck in Morgan Hill with a flat tire. He communicated thoroughly, called and followed up with me, in person he was very warm, customer oriented, knowledgeable, and very helpful! He was so quick, it only took him 6 minutes or so to get to me. I would REALLY recommend to anyone!

I had a flat tire late at night in the rain, and my AAA tow driver (Jacob) was absolutely amazing. I was in an unfamiliar town and had no sense of direction, but he called me right away to help determine my exact location, which I truly appreciated. He arrived quickly, was extremely professional, efficient, and very polite throughout the entire process. Despite the bad weather and late hour, he handled everything calmly and confidently. I cannot express how grateful I am to have had David's help. Not only was he professional and experienced but also extremely quick to open my locked F-150. It took a whole 10 seconds. This was my 1st positive and memorable experience with AAA and a towing company in general. Online research and two phone calls identified the correct replacement battery, including price and availability. The best option was the replacement Michael was able to do at the nearby shop. Compatible in price and saving a lot of time and hassle. Excellent service!

Yesterday I managed to do the most “me” thing ever and locked my keys in my car right before a round of golf ? We called AAA and Chris Mestaz showed up within about 30 minutes. He kept me updated the whole time on where he was, which helped so much. And of course… it didn’t stop there. While trying to meet him in the golf cart, I accidentally backed it into a tree and got it stuck (yes, it was one of those days ?). Instead of judging me or making me feel silly, Chris immediately offered to help us. He was calm, kind, and just genuinely helpful. Then he unlocked my car in literally one minute like it was nothing. Seriously such great service and an even better human. Chris made a stressful, slightly embarrassing situation feel easy and light. If you ever get him through AAA, you’re in good hands. Thank you again, Chris!

I had an incredible experience with my AAA driver, Michael today! He was punctual, professional, and incredibly kind. Beyond just changing my flat tire, he was a wealth of information. He walked me through the 'dos and don'ts' of spare tire safety and gave me great advice on how to proceed. It’s rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and so genuinely helpful!

Was stranded on the 101 and got pushed to the shoulder during Friday rush hour. No one would take the call except Dick’s. Jacob was professional and careful with my car. Fast and safe. Great all around experience other than the broken car.

Ben was really great with communication. He called multiple times which was very reassuring since we were stranded pretty much in the middle of nowhere. It was a 2 hour estimated wait because we were 45 mins from Gilroy and came approx 30 minutes earlier he estimated. (He had to prioritize two police requested tows first). We had great conversation and the time driving to the Tesla service center flew by. My flat tire happened at 11PM, so it was a pretty crappy situation. Ben helped make it a little less bad

Michael V. Called me fairly quickly after I experienced a flat tire. He got to my location quick and was able to mount my spare tire.

My driver Joe went out of his way to help me, very easy-going and friendly. I told him he turned my crappy day into one that got a whole lot better. Not only did he get my car home safely, but he put it right in it it’s normal parking spot. Highly recommend!

David "Ben" Schley did a careful and meticulous preparation to safely lift my 2023 Chevy Corvette onto his flatbed truck for the 20 mile journey to my house from Morgan Hill to San Jose. Flat tire prevented car from completing last segment of 20 miles even with run flat tires. He did this at 1:30AM and got my car home at 2:45AM - very professional being available at such a late time on a Saturday night. Highly recommended.
