Wheel works is very helpful in diagnosing my car problems and repairing it. For best results I highly recommend making an appointment but they will fit you in and get you out the door and on your way if you just walk in. Needed a new alternator and they got it done. Will definitely go back to had have them work on my car.
At Milpitas location Kristina was great help with repairing my valve stem to my El Camino’s wheel, had me in and out less than an hour with an appointment. Great customer service. Thank you very much.
It was a pleasure getting my car serviced at Wheel Works at the Milpitas location. Kristina who worked with me was very knowledgeable and courteous and helped answer my questions and went out of her way to check on my tires whicd had an issue with sensors.
First time here getting some maintenance done on my Honda, made an appointment online, came on a little late. Peter check me in, offer me some coupons to save me some money.. got my car done in less than an hour. Peter is very friendly and super nice.. will come back for my next service
The front desk clerk and the the wheel Mechanic were absolutely excellent. I am behind the wheel driving instructor and I rolled into the wheel works in Milpitas on a flat tire. I had a Student with me. Those two at the front desk got my information got me checked in and it was a Sunday so it was completely booked, but they took the time to take my car first and get my tires put on. It was amazing. It took less than two hours. I was so happy I give these guys 13 stars they were awesome. thank you so much. I’ll be here to tell my friends about these guys and I’ll always come back to Milpitas wheel works.
This shop turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. Hit something on the freeway that deflated a tire. After making it into this shop, Juan went above and beyond to get me and my family back on the road in record time. Very appreciative. Superior customer service.

I was having an emergency tire problem and these folks were incredibly busy. Even though they had no time to spare, they still managed to fix my tire. The manager and staff worked patiently and efficiently helping everyone. The next time my car needs work, I will definitely go here. This is a bunch of honest, hardworking people.

Usually it takes all day for my service, which I understand that it's busy. This visit my vehicle was done before 11am. So that was even better than normal.

Store need and update and upgrade, it’s hard to wait long hours with just water service, small tv and chairs.
i was a customer having 3 vehicles served . the recent service well it sucked bad. all day until 630pm before i could get my truck back. was charged a stupid amount for checking low pressure sensor and diagnosed one was bad and an even stupider amount to fix. i already knew it was bad. then i was told a few hours into the job that the tech highly recommends 4 wheel alignment because something isn't right. i knew my truck tracked fine that's why i refused at write up, but maybe tech saw something off? add anther $180 unnecessary charge, wheels were align within .05 degrees, tech did nothing but check. then all the crap afterwards dealing with wheel works credit more gouging. never had i nor ever will experience that again. i will go elsewhere i don't care where. anything else would be better
The experience I received from staff is very nice and friendly, I am visiting same wheel works place for more than 2 years, I have very good satisfaction from the staff for both Allignment service and friendly ness. This time I had Bridgestone tires on my car , I felt that I am more of Bridgestone Family member.Now I had Bridgestone tires and the same tires was taking care by Bridgestone staff for keeping good Alignment and long life of my Tires.
Omg..the whole staff was awesome; especially Albert. I was totally stressed out because my car would not pass smog. The catalyst converter had to be replaced. A part quite costly. Albert helped me calm down, and guided me through the finance process. The other techs did a screening on my car, suggested other repairs, and now I'm happy. I'm very satisfied with the service that I received.
On a previous visit,
I took my car in for two new tires but they were nice enough to do a brake inspection which was not part of my original order and they found that I needed brake replacement so they were very attentive to my needs and I'm very grateful that everything went smoothly. The staff all of them were very nice and courteous. Very welcoming
Wheel works location with lots of parking, they are typically busy as usual but if you make an appointment online it is a seamless process.
Their service is fast and top notch and won’t try to scam you. As long as you are respectful to them, they will be respectful to you. They are very understanding if people’s situations and will try to get you back on the road as safe as possible.
Lot’s of waiting space or there is a starbucks across the street if you want to wait for your car.
