I had a great experience here. They handled everything with the insurance company from A to Z, making the whole process completely worry-free. They truly advocate for their customers to ensure the car is fixed properly. I also really appreciate that they went above and beyond by fixing a few extra minor things unrelated to the accident for free. Very professional and responsible shop.
I've had this shop do 3 cars: a bumper for a Mazda3, a bumper for an S2000, and a bumper for a Boxster. All 3 were done well, color matched, with no noticeable over spray, and painted well enough that the paint didn't chip off quickly. I've been to other cheaper paint shops, and the quality doesn't compare. I will be back for future work, for sure.
Our Tesla Model Y needed a rear door replacement, and Jeremy provided clear information and a very reasonable estimate from the start. Everything went smoothly throughout the process. The guy I talked to over there is very rude. Who would say to a customer after explaining something to him “if you were paying attention to what I said ?” And stuff like “ I already told you…this or that” it’s like telling the customer don’t ask more questions or like in a classroom and he is the teacher. I’ve never seen this before. I was asking him about information regarding fixing my car’s mirror and I even told him “I don’t have to remember every detail you are telling me, it’s ok to ask again” he said “if you were paying attention to the price I told you…” !!!
Aside from being rude I gave him after market grille to my car and he said if it doesn’t fit, I’ll let you know. He told me it doesn’t fit after the fact and he had to drill in my Mercedes emblem because it doesn’t fit the after market grille, even though he said I’ll let you know. Another problem is he left a bigger gap between the bumper and the hood. It’s like the bumper is a bit higher than the hood when it should be flushed.
Second vehicle I bring to Crown Auto Body Shop and they never disappoint. I came to this repair shop through a friend’s recommendation after my car (2014 Audi A5) got hit and run. Replacing the bumper would be very expensive, but after discussing with the manager, they offered a very practical and cost-effective solution! Buy the missing parts and carefully adjusting the bumper to minimize gaps. I really appreciate their honesty, skill, and willingness to help me find the best solution instead of just suggesting a full replacement.

My mechanic referred me to Crown Auto Body, and I'm so happy he did. Someone bumped into the front fender of my 2017 Lexas and didnt leave a note. I got an estimate from Pop and took the car back a few days later. They did a great job, and you couldn't tell it had been damaged. Not only did they repair the fender, but they also buffed out some of the scratches around the car. Pop was so nice, he even helped me get a ride home on Lyft. I will definitely use them again and will refer my family and friends to them.

Brought my dad Lexus in for a quote for a front bumper replacement after he got into a fender bender.
I was greeted by "Pop" and he immediately assessed the damage, instead of selling me on a crazy quote, he offered 2 options, one budget friendly and one for an immaculate repair.
With our budget, we went with the budget friendly one, however, after the repair, I could see that if I went with the more expensive one, my car would've looked brand new.
The process went very smoothly, he explained and broke down the cost, which parts cost the most and even provided a realistic timeframe for repair.
He wasn't pushy and answered all of my questions, even if I asked them multiple times as I wanted assurance.
He kept me updated as when the parts arrived and when the vehicle has entered the shop. I will keep this shop in mind and refer them to my friends and family to go when they need a body repair.

Last month, I brought my car in to fix some collision damage. I thought it would need a full repaint, but they said a simple buffing would do since the damage wasn’t very noticeable. They told me I could come back for repainting later if it ever bothered me. I really appreciated their honesty — it saved me a lot!
Also, there was some strange residue on the left rear door from a bad job done by another shop. I assumed it would require repainting too, but they managed to clean it off using other methods, and didn’t charge me anything extra. I was genuinely grateful.

I’ve been coming to Friendly Auto Care for regular maintenance for a while now, and this time I brought my car in after a collision to have the bumper repaired. The team responded quickly with a quote and gave honest, helpful recommendations on the repair. When I picked up the car, I was amazed—not only did the bumper look brand new, but they had also cleaned the car inside and out. It truly felt like I was getting a brand-new car back! Hopefully I won’t need repairs again anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll definitely come back here.

I’m really glad I came to this shop to fix my quarter glass, broken taillight, and missing tow hook cover. Jeremy at Crown Auto body knows his business! He is a great guy who is great to work with, him and his workers gets the job done very quickly and perfectly. I went in for the request, he ordered the parts, within a week I went back to the shop and was done in 2 hours. All of that plus a special order recommended by Jeremy for catalytic converter shield, which is very important for Prius owners in Bay Area, because you know those “ppl” are everywhere here. Jeremy and team repaired the front left of my Acura RDX. They did an amazing job! Jeremy made sure all my parts got replaced with new OEM stuff even though insurance wanted aftermarket or used parts. He did this without increasing my insurance estimate. The repair was done quickly and the car looks great! Definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

Went to a couple places and was offered a much higher price than Jeremy's quote. He told me what repairs were not necessary and let me decide what works I wanted to add. The price ended up being pretty good! Did not do the color correction on the parts and I couldn't really tell the difference. They also did a car wash for me at the end of the work. Good price, good service, and great work. Highly recommended!
Here is how the journey started. About 9 months ago, I brought my 1993 Mazda FD RX7 to Crown Auto Body to get a fully custom, no one has ever done before, one off job. The job consisted with custom molding, fabricating, trimming, and painting done to the RX7. The reason why it took awhile to get the car finished is because I was waiting on parts from Japan to get delivered to the shop. As months go by, I was itching to get the car back in my hands. Once all the parts arrived from Japan, that's when the full shakedown happened. Jeremy (owner) and the team fully focused on only working on my car for weeks straight trying to get it finished for a show "SevenStock 2022" out in Fontana, CA, one of the biggest rotary Mazda RX7 car shows out there. Once I got the call to come pick up my car, I arrived to the shop and had tears in my eyes. I couldn't believe how Jeremy and the team were able to pull this job off in 100% absolute perfection AND on time. They made my vision of what I had for my RX7 into reality! Everyone in this shop worked extremely hard to get my car in the exact image and specs as I had wished for and got it all done on time for my car show! They done such a magnificent job that I wouldn't go to any other body shop for any other future builds. They are all so friendly and are willing to make any changes you request, so long as you are satisfied. That is their ultimate goal.
