If you don’t schedule the first available morning slot, expect to be stuck there for over three hours! They promote a complimentary car wash on Wednesdays, but once the machine was down, and this time, they skipped it for no apparent reason, even though I requested it right from the start. To make matters worse, my agent was unavailable when I tried to follow up on why it wasn’t done.

Waiting area was neatly maintained and there was video report going through the inspection result from master mechanic who took care of my car.
Courtney also took care of the second key fob order which has been lagging behind forever after the purchase.
Great service. The service advisors are polite and knowledgeable and the mechanics do a great job of doing whatever your vehicle is in for. They keep you updated on your service and if they find any issues at all minor or major they will let you know and advise to get things done asap or can wait.
