Super easy to book an appointment online. I scheduled a flat tire repair for the next day (Saturday), and they had it fixed in about an hour. Best part? It was free!

Stay away from the store. The lady lied to my parents that their road hazard warranty has expired when we still had 13,000 miles and three more years to go. Instead of one tire, they pushed my parents to purchase two expensive tires when it was not needed as the other tire was in pretty good condition and a lot of thread was left on it. We took the car to one of their other branches and they were able to help and honor the road hazard warranty.

I came in for a brake replacement and some general maintenance on my Lexus es350, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The manager Sanam was incredibly friendly and professional. He explained the work that needed to be done and kept me updated throughout the process. Jayden, who worked on my car, did great work. He handled the brake replacement and a few other maintenance issues efficiently and with great attention to detail. My car now drives much smoother and I dont have the reoccuring problems I did in the past. Jayden even took the time to go over everything with me after the job was done, which I really appreciated. Big thanks to Sanam and Jayden. This is my go to shop from now on

I went with my dad to help me with one of my flat tires. We were accommodated by Jayden and Sanam who were luckily able to help us out. I’m satisfied with my experience with the service, Jayden was very helpful throughout the process. Both him and Sanam took extreme care of my car and got the job done in no time.

Came in for a clunking noise on my mom’s car as well as a general check up and Jayden and Sanam were very helpful and friendly. Also got new tires for my own car, Jayden did everything in a timely manner. They got the job done fast and completely fixed the issue. Pricing was great. Very satisfied with everything done.

The Bridgestone place was awesome. They got my tire the same afternoon after from the wrong tire ordered in the morning. They did alignment and install new tire the same day. Very professional service. Thank you. especially that sales person, Sanam. OUTSTANDING

Bernadette was so friendly and honest regarding my mom’s flat tire. She said we needed to get new tires because the two rear tire was down to the bottom thread. She looked at my mom’s all four tires and knew which two were new. She was able to fit my mom in to replace the two new tires. Peter was the technician that installed the tires. He noticed we had an oil leak and asked if we wanted an oil change since the car was already lifted. He came back to let Bernadette know he couldn’t remove it because someone previously damaged the bolt. She took a picture to let us see and to have us bring back to the previous mechanic for them to repair. I love that they’re honest and take pride in their work. She also matched Costco price too so that was a bonus. Thank you for the Amazing service!! Definitely will bring our car in for future maintenance.

I am so appreciative of the staff here at Firestone Milpitas. Sanam and one of the mechanics JC (John) were very transparent with their vehicle diagnosis and provided step by step options. They emailed me a detailed inspection report, quote, and photos. I was in a tight situation, a different shop had misdiagnosed my cars problem and I spent $1500 to find the problem wasn’t solved. Sanam and his team did a thorough inspection and found what the other shop missed immediately. I can’t thank them enough for their help today. I highly recommend this shop for your vehicle needs and repairs. I will be back without a doubt!

I took my car to get 2 new front tires and alignment. I knew my car needed an alignment but when i went to pick up my car they said they couldnt do an alignment because i needed new lower front control arms and bushings. I took my car home and ordered the parts and i had a friend of mine swap them out for me and he noticed that a bolt that was used to hold my control arm on was missing the nut. He found a nut at home depot and put it on and my car was fixed no control arms or bushings needed. Why couldnt the guys working at firestone just tell me that the nut was missing and replace it. Instead they gave me back my car and what if while i was driving it the bolt came out and caused an accident. Good looking out guys i could be dead now all because you couldnt just find a nut to fit the bolt.

Bernadette was very sweet and efficient in dealing with the Monday walk-ins and phone calls (and there were plenty between 12-3). So was Peter who fixed the flat tire and checked in on me while providing regular updates. Kudos to the team!!! :)

I’ve had service done serval times over the past 6 months and enjoyed my experience every time. Exceptionally well knowledgeable staff from the front desk to the mechanics. My tire replacements were mounted perfectly and balanced to perfection! They even handle my track car tire swaps here. There’s no limit to the service and the value of it. I just wish I had more cars to bring here for service just to hang out and know my cars are well taken care of.

Disappointing Experience with a Few Bright Spots – Be Cautious with Fastone Auto Service I brought my car to Fastone Auto Service for repairs, and while it was eventually fixed, the experience overall was frustrating, time-consuming, and left me feeling that the $1,200 I spent wasn’t truly worth it. The biggest issue was their initial misdiagnosis. I came in twice before they finally figured out what was actually wrong with my vehicle. For both earlier visits, I was told the issue was likely the battery, but even after dealing with that, the problem persisted. It wasn’t until my third visit that an Indian manager stepped in, took the time to properly inspect the car, and correctly diagnosed a starter failure. Once the starter was replaced, the issue was finally resolved. While I appreciate that this manager was detail-oriented, honest, and even helped price match to save on parts, the fact remains: I lost a lot of valuable time and went through unnecessary back-and-forth due to earlier missteps. Even though the car is now working, the whole process was inefficient and exhausting. Another major disappointment was the customer service — particularly from the female manager, who appeared to be in a leadership role. She was consistently dismissive, unfriendly, and showed little interest in helping customers. Her attitude made a frustrating process even worse. In contrast, the Indian manager was the only person who showed real professionalism, explaining the issue clearly, consolidating labor charges, and trying to make the experience as smooth as possible. To sum up: • The car did get fixed — eventually. • The Indian manager deserves credit for doing things right. • The service prior to that was poor, and customer care from the female manager was even worse. • The misdiagnosis led to multiple visits, wasted time, and unnecessary stress. • I paid $1,200, but the overall experience felt unworthy of the cost. I sincerely hope the management at Fastone looks into these issues — particularly the inconsistency in staff attitude and the lack of proper diagnostics in earlier visits. I’m sure I’m not the only customer who feels this way, and others likely have similar stories. This shop has potential, but it’s currently being held back by internal problems that shouldn’t be ignored. // Update Apr-29th, 2025 After taking the car back, the same starting issues began happening again. Nothing had changed. Out of sheer frustration, I took my car yesterday to a certified Honda dealership to get a professional diagnosis. The result? The technician told me the starter your shop installed was faulty and never should have been used. I was forced to pay again to have a proper working starter installed. They also provided documentation supporting their diagnosis and the repair. Now, not only did your service waste my time, but it also cost me twice the money, once to pay for a defective part and again to fix the damage done. This has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I feel deeply mistreated as a customer. The lack of accountability, the poor communication, and the fact that your team sold and installed a defective part is completely unacceptable.

I have been getting my Lexus serviced here after Dealership ripping me off. The service is exceptional, even though on busy days they get my car seeviced within a good amount of time frame. Great prices on the service. The manager Sanam is very friendly and has exceptional knowledge on Cars and provides recommendation on what is exactly needed for the service. The technicians working there are professional !! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Unbelievable. I had a fast leak in one of my tires late in the evening. Tried calling several shops that weren't able to help. Spoke to manager here, and he said bring it in and they will take care of me. On top of that, no charge to fix the flat! Thanks so much. I'll certainly shop here for my future tire needs.

I had a break problem with my car and I was referred to Firestone in Milpitas by a family friend. I love everything about this Store. The Store Manager (Sanam Sarabha) and his amazing staff were incredible. The Store Manager explained all the necessary repair works on my car with his recommendation for the repair and he has lots of experience. His recommendations are spot on with absolutely no pressure on customer. I was waiting in the lobby and very impressed how they listen and take care of their customers. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. The Store Manager is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He provided fast and excellent service in timely manner with a reasonable price. I will be coming here for all my future car needs! I cannot thank him enough – and I would recommend his Firestone Store to everyone.

I came here for a new set of Michelin tires for my BMW recently. John was very professional and knowledgable as he assisted with choosing the correct size tires for my aftermarket wheels. To save me a trip from rescheduling, the staffs went out of their way to pick up my tires. My car is back on the road riding smoothly with an alignment and quality tires. This is my new go-to shop for auto services.

I have lifetime alignment services and brought 2 vehicles to Firestone for alignment within 2 week periods. I had 11am appointments but end up to leave vehicles for a whole day due to backlog. Wondered if Firestone gives first time alignment buyers more priority so they don't have to wait for their services and all customers like me to be at the bottom.

Terrible customer service. Made appointment beginning for Monday and then was called to re schedule due to overbooking. Came Friday for my new appointment only to be turned away because of the same reason. The manager and service advisor was so rude to me. I do not recommend this place .

Tire and service advisor. Bernadette was very nice and checked me in really fast and was able to get me in and out and also tire flat was fixed the first time. I didn't know, but starting now Firestone is offering free tire flat repair as long as it's the flat is in the correct position. It could be free. Had a great experience with Bernadette will come back again.

NEVER GO HERE - ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE MANAGER worst location for any kind of auto service. I went there in 2023 for a routine oil change and it was alright. Similar visit in 2024 was a nightmare. I had heard stories about this person whose name starts with B and i had the good fortune not to have run into her till this point. I drop off my car at 9 am and expect to get it back in the afternoon at 2 pm. When i get there about 3 pm its not done and Lady B is there. And i knew in my heart that it was a lost cause. But i foolishly persisted when this person promised my car was next in queue and if i came back at 5 it would be done. Guess what - not done. And i refuse to believe they did not get to the next car in 2.5 hours. Her explanation was someone came in that required 4 tires. And then she had the gall to say just come back at 6 and it will be done. It was already 5:30 and i did what i should have done when i first saw her at 2 pm - namely taken my keys, cut my losses and left. This kind of customer service is just awful. And repeatedly lying to your customer is even worse. I reported this to the Firestone customer service and they promised me someone from the store would call and this never happened. I see from the reviews i am not the only one who failed to get an oil change after a whole day of waiting something that must be quite unique in the entire United States. So for anyone considering going to this place - DO NOT. There are lots of other Firestone places around. They are in better locations, cleaner and with excellent service that is provided by real professionals. As an example the one on 3161 El Camino Real. If you have to drive an extra 5 miles or more just to get away from the Firestone on South Victoria, Milpitas, the time and gas invested will be amply rewarded.
