Customer service was great. Allen, Jake, and Bernadette all went above and beyond to service my vehicle (clutch replacement) done in one day. They stayed past closing for me to pick up my vehicle end of day.
Stopped by to ask about one of my tires wearing down faster than the other 3. I spoke to Jayden out in the lot and he said it could be caused from a suspension component in that corner that has failed or could be bent. He checked the tire pressure for me to make sure it wasn’t under or over inflated causing the wear. He did recommend me to the front office to set up an appointment for inspection to confirm the cause. They couldn’t get me in right away so I did run down to another shop and they found my strut assembly leaking and lower control arm bushing torn. Jayden was right and I’ll be booking an appointment with them to have the strut and bushing replaced. Thank you Jayden!!
Excellent service, fast, friendly, and extremely helpful. The service here never disappoints. From the service manager to the technician the work is always done right. I’ve been coming here multiple times now and each time I come they’re efficient, friendly, quick and very helpful. Coming to an auto body shop is very intimidating however, coming here has change my perspective, I feel welcomed each time I get an oil change, need maintained or have an issue with my vehicle. I would highly recommend this location.
Dropped by with a steadily dropping flat tire. Super busy but Muhammad was able to help us pump it and then he found the culprit, a nail! He told us it would be a quick repair and to check with the front desk. Bernadette was able to help us immediately and write us in just an hour before closing. They were able to get us in right after the previous appointment. Super quick and friendly. Wonderful store and will be back for all my needs!
I had a nail in my tire and the team fixed it quickly and professionally. They were reasonable with pricing, efficient, and very easy to work with. Overall a great experience — I’d definitely recommend them
My new go to place! I went in thinking I had a leak in my tire was prepared to buy a whole new tire and they told me they didn’t see anything and ended up saving me a lot of money that day. Jake at the front was extremely helpful from phone to in person. I would recommend this place anybody, trustworthy service and employees! Rare!!
Went for an oil change recently and it may have been the most simplest and quickest visits to an auto shop I have ever experienced. Alan greeted me up front and his customer service was top of the line, not just with me but with others in the shop as well. The service on my car was done promptly and carefully. Can't recommend this place enough.
The service was great and the price was reasonable. I was in a rush because I had work in a few hours. But they made it work and got my tires changed within an hour.

Bernadette should not be working on the front desk. She is not capable to be professional when interacting with the customer. Besides being unprofessional. She is very rude to me and to the other customers. While waiting for my car to be service. I witnessed Bernadette raising her voice with the customer and tossing the receipt.

I had a wonderful experience at this Firestone, I took my 01' Lexus LS430 in for a tune up on plugs, air filters and oil change. They took care of me in a timely fashion and used quality parts. They gave recommendations on repairs I may need to go back for and wouldn't have known of otherwise. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for anything from maintenance to engine repairs to suspension and even tires. This place does it all!
Representatives where extremely friendly and understanding. They where able to get me back on the road lighning fast. Their professionalism extended to every customer walling in to the store.
I took my car in for service recently and Jake gave great customer service which is rare these days, he asked questions and solved one of my problems with expediency. I really appreciated his service. I even even referred one of my friends there the next day.

Great experience! They managed a busy schedule and many other customers while my car was receiving service, and kept me updated throughout the diagnostic and repair stages. Everyone was friendly and professional, and it's easy to see this team gets along. Will definitely come back the next time my car needs help!

I went to Firestone with a promo for oil change. I was asked if I wanted to go with standard oil or synthetic oil because the promo was for standard oil. My dumbass doesn't really know the difference except for the price difference, so I said just go with what's on the promo.
When I came to pick up my car, Tony told me they eventually went with the more expensive synthetic oil because my car doesn't take standard oil.
Instead of billing me $90 for the oil change, Tony said he'd keep the promo standard oil pricing.
Lesson learned...synthetic oil next time.

Jacob and Sanam are the greatest of the greatest. Their outstanding customer service is a result of their genuine concern for their clients. When Sanam left, I was very disappointed.
However, given Jacob's professionalism, skill, and product knowledge, I'm shocked he's not in charge of the store. He is an expert in his field! While assisting clients and lending a hand to support the rest of the team, I was observing him work and multitask. Impeccable customer service, such staff are hard to come by these days. I hope he becomes management soon!
(Updated review on 9/21/2025): I am lowering my rating from 5 stars to 1 star based on my most recent visit. I scheduled a Saturday 2 PM appointment to repair a flat tire and even showed the staff a clear photo of the nail location when checking in. After waiting 3 hours at home, I finally received a call at 5:10 PM saying the tire was “not repairable” and that I should purchase new tires. Since I bought this set of four new Michelin tires for my Mercedes in 10/2022 from Costco with a 5-year warranty, I declined and went to the Costco Tire Center the very next day. To my surprise, Costco repaired the tire in just 1 hour and 20 minutes—free of charge and no concerns raised. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to lose trust in this shop. -- (Previous review on 7/26/2025) Super easy to book an appointment online. I scheduled a flat tire repair for the next day (Saturday), and they had it fixed in about an hour. Best part? It was free!
Hey, I am a current Firestone lifetime wheel alignment member and received pretty decent care during my recent visit. My general feedback for improvement is that customer service at receiving and explanations of promotions could have been better. Explanations of bills and recommended services would help customers plan their service and good car for their car. If you are on the Firestone wheel alignment lifetime membership, you can get your alignment checked any number of times for free. However, if you need a wheel balancing, this service is at an extra cost. Tire rotations are part of customer courtesy, and basic maintenance and safety checks are offered as part of a courtesy check, which I feel is a good feature. If you drive your vehicle long distances, I recommend getting it checked before your next trip!
Excellent first experience at the shop. The service light went on and I did not have time to address myself. My diesel required DEF and I called ahead to see if the shop offered this service. I was assured they did and hustled over without an appointment. They were able to squeeze me in, and I met the manager, Sanam, and was glad he knew that my car model actually has two DEF tanks. Terrific service. They offer many different services - tires, brakes, engine work, interior work, etc. I will definitely be back when I require more services. Thank you, Sanam!
Stay away from the store. The lady lied to my parents that their road hazard warranty has expired when we still had 13,000 miles and three more years to go. Instead of one tire, they pushed my parents to purchase two expensive tires when it was not needed as the other tire was in pretty good condition and a lot of thread was left on it. We took the car to one of their other branches and they were able to help and honor the road hazard warranty.
Bernadette was so friendly and honest regarding my mom’s flat tire. She said we needed to get new tires because the two rear tire was down to the bottom thread. She looked at my mom’s all four tires and knew which two were new. She was able to fit my mom in to replace the two new tires. Peter was the technician that installed the tires. He noticed we had an oil leak and asked if we wanted an oil change since the car was already lifted. He came back to let Bernadette know he couldn’t remove it because someone previously damaged the bolt. She took a picture to let us see and to have us bring back to the previous mechanic for them to repair. I love that they’re honest and take pride in their work. She also matched Costco price too so that was a bonus. Thank you for the Amazing service!! Definitely will bring our car in for future maintenance.
I came here for a new set of Michelin tires for my BMW recently. John was very professional and knowledgable as he assisted with choosing the correct size tires for my aftermarket wheels. To save me a trip from rescheduling, the staffs went out of their way to pick up my tires. My car is back on the road riding smoothly with an alignment and quality tires. This is my new go-to shop for auto services.
