My 2019 Blizzard Pearl AWD, XLE Toyota Highlander got rear-ended, which left it with a moderate damage to left side of the bumper and some fine scratches on the rear gate. It took the Crash Champions just 5 days to replace the rear panel, bumper and the paint job. I was happy with the repair speed. But not so much about their work quality. The paint work was not that great at all. Anyone can see the color mismatch under a sunny day. I was sort of noticing that when I picked it up, but there was not enough sunlight at the time, so I decided to wait. Two days later when the sky was clear and the sun was bright, I could see the mismatch clearer when I looked at where the rear panel met the body’s main panel from about a 30 degrees angle, their paint is slightly “yellowish” compared to the original Blizzard Pearl color. For a $5K+ repair cost, their paint job could have been better.

The place looks nice, and the rental car agency is conveniently located next door. My car had been rear-ended, so I dropped it off. Customer service was mediocre. The car was fixed quickly and looked acceptable.
After a few days, I noticed the chrome on my trunk deck wiggled when I opened the trunk; it shifts when the trunk opens. The rear light was replaced, but the parts around it are loose. When it rained, all the water pooled in the trunk, making the car smell unpleasant for months.
My receipt stated that I owed zero dollars, but a month later, I received a call saying I owed $2,446. The insurance company mailed me a check, which I never opened. However, their first communication with me involved threats of putting a lien on my car. Geez, let's have a conversation first.

I was pleasantly surprised by the kind of service that I got from this place. My car had a damage to the rear bumper and that these guys replaced within 24 hrs. But the real surprise was that when I pointed to a loose molding on my driver side door which was unrelated and asked them whether they can give me a quote for fixing it, they immediately took the car back in and fixed that up at no cost to me in under 15 mins !! And once I reached home I noticed that they even had cleaned up the sticker residue from the windshield left by my old fasttrack device's sticky tape. These guys might call themselves Crash Champions. But they are really Service Kings :)

The worst!! don't go there and trust them with your car!! Especially luxury cars. They have no clue! They will just fix cosmetic parts as cheap as possible and charge the insurance a bunch. I had a mechanical issue from the accident that they ignored, I had to address the issue to them, and after they had released, the problem still accured. The insurance wouldn't cover the repair anymore, since they did not initially discovered the issue. Also they wanted me to go to Audi to have it repaired, i should of brought the car to Audi at the first place. My recommendation, take your car to the same repair shop as the model of your car.

I recently had a car accident where I was rear-ended. I took my car to Crash Champions for repairs and had a fantastic experience.
Specifically, I want to recognize Junior for their outstanding customer service. They were very helpful throughout the entire repair process.
Here are some of the things I appreciated about Junior's service:
* Friendly and professional: Junior was a pleasure to deal with. They were friendly and explained everything clearly throughout the repair process.
* Communicative: Junior kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and was always available to answer any questions I had.

I would have had giving it a better rating to this collision repair center. I have chosen King Service in the past (before acquisition), for vehicle collision repairs, and had nothing but great experience. Now, since it has a new owner (Crash Champions), I think the quality of their service has degraded. I had my last vehicle repaired after a traffic accident back in December 2023, and did not get the results that we expected. After I was told my vehicle was ready and went to pick it up, I realized something was just not right. Took it back for an inspection of what I believe was a problem and they insisted it had nothing to do with the accident, but instead, it had to do with wear and tear of the bushings. I know for a fact this was not true and that something was just not right. Took it back for the second time after Insurance suggested, and still, the GM of the collision shop told me it had nothing to do with the repairs done at his shop. After going back and forth, I decided to take straight to the dealership for a thoroughly assessment of this problem. The service adviser from Dodge Chrysler service center contacted me and asked if any repair had recently been done on my car. I said yes and I also explains the details of the matter. Thankfully, Chrysler were able to identify the exact cause of the problem with my vehicle. They informed me that my vehicle suspension component was not properly re-assembled when Crash Champions did the work, hence causing the noise on my vehicle every time I drove it. Luckily, they were able to address the issue. I will not be using, nor recommend to anyone, Crash Champions Collision/Repair shop in Milpitas for their vehicle collision/mechanical repair needs.
So normally I don't do reviews on Auto Repair shops as they just do a fix, done deal. However I had and accident in 2023 that was repaired here by insurance and I LOVED the clean job and how they wash and vacuum the car after. Its a very complete service. Getting appointments and communication is easy and great.
I asked for them this year 2024 to repair an accident as well. Again they did a great job on the repair and repaint. I haven't had any issues on it so far.
Separate from the repair, there was a different issue
During this visit my AUX cable was pulled out from behind the radio. I was told the Manager believes this might have been an accident while they were vacuuming the car.
There was a communication gap on who was going to contact who first about the follow-up repair on the cable reinstall as the whole radio needed to be removed to access the cables behind the screen above. I didn't hear anything back but kept getting survey reminders. I thought CC was not going to follow back up with me so i left a decent 7 out of 10 review; 10 for the repair and service, but -3 for the hassle of going back to my audio shop and paying to having it reinstalled.. I guess that was premature as CC seemed to have been waiting on me to follow up back with them on my reinstall. I had a call with the manager and we discussed the miscommunication. Here is my real review on this company as they treated me right and was trying to be as accommodating as possible. Though the cable issue should have NEVER happened, I do want to repair any misconception that I left a scathing review or any bad survey. In my survey, I sang praises about the repair and service, it was just the cable issue that was never resolved.
i do still would recommend going to CC for any repairs. Its easy, its fast, and customer service is top notch!
I brought my vehicle in on January 22nd. The lady at the front desk was very kind, helpful and professional. It is quite the frustrating experience to need to bring your vehicle in for a body repair. However she brighten my day by making my experience here very enjoyable.
The body repair mechanics did an amazing job, it was like it had never been damaged! It was even completed faster then what was expected, which was vital to me.

I enjoyed the service. The check in process was simple and fast. Front desk was able to give me all the details of timing and cost. The rental car place is just behind the wall and Service king actually works with rental car pretty closely, which is very convenient. My car needed extra parts and there was a delay of the delivery; my maximum rental car allowance was about to expire and the manager promised to complete the job or give me extra rental car days paid by the Service king. In the end, they were able to get the parts and complete the repairs.
They are very responsive and very good at estimation on time and cost. Dean managed to repair my car and he frequently updated me through phone call in addition to updating through email and text message. The quality of fix is perfect there is no visible difference between newly painted part and original color.
Brought my BMW 535i into this shop after getting rear ended. Service King made the overall process seamless. They had missed a spot during the initial repair and when I noticed on the day of pick up, they connected me with the general manager, Gordon. He got it all sorted out under their shop warranty and the follow-up work was done in less than a day. I highly recommend this shop for auto repairs as Gordon will make things right.
Would’ve given half a star or none if I could!!!! Stay away from this place or it’s sisters. Unless this is the type of work you like! This was replaced after I hit a dog at 9:39pm on highway 680 in the fast lane. Instead of replacing with a new part Gordon chose this piece of junk that seeps water inside and burned out the light as you can see it’s no longer working Gordon!!!!
Latest update: they have stepped up to the plate. Got the car back 1.5 days early. Washed and cleaned outside and inside. Repairs were done professionally.
BTW rental car service was also smooth - all done onsite. No need to go to rental location.

Time is a very fluid concept here. Twice the appointment didn't start on time. Already 30 min late.
No wifi - FYI. They show work tables but it defeats the purpose with no wifi.
Just be sure to allocate extra time and not expect to rush to work. Nice clean new place with cold water bottles and coffee. Their attention to appointment time needs work.
Will update once they repair my car.
