I have gone few times to this location for buying merchandise, but once, I went for services. Mr. Judy was very professional and super helpful, even though there was no scope of selling anything. Pleasantly surprised by this kind of service. It earned respect.

They hardly have anything came for a basic thing like antifreeze for a 2001 bmw and they had none whatsoever. Don't waste your time unless you pre order something

The middle-aged lady Maria is full of attitude despite being unable to do simple arithmetic. In short, according to her reasoning if a part is faulty and requires a refund the core charge is not part of the refund. Even after realizing she was wrong there was no apology or acknowledgment just indifference. Feeling sorry for her coworkers.

If I need to repeat the vehicles year, make and model literally 4 times just get wiper blades… it’s concerning. I ended up having to go down to a different store associate before I could get all 3 blades.

I purchased one cabin filter and one air filter from the O'Reilly store in Milpitas. Since they didn't have the cabin filter in stock, the employee, Jose Ramirez, informed me that he would have it brought in from another store and said it would be available tomorrow. I made the payment and had to come to the store three more times. Each time, Jose Ramirez shifted my request to the next employee's shift and did not take care of my issue. It shouldn't be this difficult to buy a cabin filter for my car.

Came cuz my van battery died. Jose gave us great service. He was bouncing around trying to complete inventory, helping multiple customers, and informed us our battery was under warranty. Despite his busy shop, he was cheerful and helpful. This is the only place we shop for car supplies because of great service like this.

The first time I went to this shop to buy headlights, the clerk was super helpful and patient. He really took his time to make sure I got the right ones and replaced. I'm grateful for that and would totally recommend it.

Unprofessional Service and Improper Battery Installation: I had a terrible experience at the O'Reilly Auto Parts store located at Milpitas. Right after they installed a new battery in my car, I noticed a strange rattling noise coming from the engine bay and increased vibrations in the cabin. Concerned, I initially asked the store for help, and they told me they had a mechanic in the back but that he wasn’t available that day. They offered to diagnose my car on Sunday at a lower fee, which seemed odd for an auto parts store. Frustrated, I called the distribution team, only to be told that O'Reilly doesn't even offer such diagnostic services. This shows a clear lack of training and professionalism. The fact that the store staff didn't know their own company’s services is alarming. They also mentioned that battery installation is complementary when purchasing from them, but that doesn’t absolve them of responsibility when the installation causes problems. If they’re not capable of providing proper installation services, they shouldn’t offer them at all. The entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I recommend other stores steer clear of their services.

as i entered the store, some fat guy with a beard is there and before i even ask him a question, he tells me “no” with a straight face , i thought he was joking but no he kepts a straight face. I asked for a item and all he tells me is “No” “we dont have those” he didnt even look it up on his computer or anything, ive came in other times and other employees go on their computer and atleast help and look, the most disrespectful worker is the fat guy with a beard, plain up just told me no with attitude

Do not prefer this place, I was waiting in line. While I noticed the worker Arturo was talking and laughing with his co work. He looked at me twice while I was waiting in line and then once he was done unsteady of helping me, he helped the next customer who walked through the door and brought them straight up to the register to help them while I was still waiting. Another worker noticed that and said he would help me next.

It’s nearby the In-N-Out burger, approximately 7min away and also 7min away from our home as well.. so it’s pretty convenient as I don’t have to go to AutoZone which is further. I accidentally took out the high beam light instead of the low beam, good thing the salesperson is good and helpful so we were able to get what we really needed. Thanks a lot. Will be back here again in the future. Maybe apply for some rewards as well.

My car battery died on arrival - bought the battery from the store and Gabriel came out and helped me to replace the battery right at the store. Super nice guy! Thank you. Update 9/27/23 - my other car battery needed to be replaced and Madison was so helpful to replace it for me. Thank you !

I've came to this o'Reallys a few times already. Every person is super helpful and knowledgeable. Jaime helped me today after telling him my ac stopped working on my 2016 Honda accord. He suggested 2 products and went above and beyond to show me how to properly recharge the system.

They are pretty helpful at this store. Seem to be rather knowledgeable too. There isn't a curb to cross to get into the store so it should be wheelchair accessible too. They have curbside pickup. My daughter ordered a starter online and added me to be able to pick up. Showed them my ID, it was easy enough. Got the starter home and installed in her car and it worked just fine. My go-to for tools and car parts. Great service and inventory, usually have found exactly what I needed here, whether it was a specific screw driver/Allen wrench. I will also pick up things I wasn't aware I wanted either, like a visor organizer. Signed up for O'Reilly auto parts membership too here. Not sure if the rewards have been worth it so far, but it was free so why not? Friendly and helpful staff. Way better than going to the Home Depot sometimes.

The only place I've found to carry uncommon oils like PREMIUM BLUE for rigs. Don't go cheap on your oil! Lifeblood of the engine.

Never buy anything from them,you can ask every question about auto's and get great answers, but they won't tell you the return policy....battery's no return brought 2 new battery's $232. And some change. Stuck with them STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHANG ...The Milpitas location a no go

I went there the other day to get some oil for my car they're very good and very clean the store was pretty nice inside the guy who helped me at the counter was very nice and knew all of the things he was talking about all in all it was a very pleasant experience.

Very unorganized the heavyset guy doesn't fallow through with orders messed up and didn't even order the brake pads for my wife's SUV he said he had the fronts in stock and that in the afternoon he would have the rear one's in because it was coming from the warehouse. I called up talk to him and he said there's no order placed and denied that I even talked to him about it. Very low quality service. If you want to save your self a head ache. Don't even go to this location. Go to Winchester Auto San Jose

I went to get apart for my car and it was supposed to be here. Today at three is what I was told.well they didn't have my part or an order of no such person or part . Well the guy that helped me was very nice and patient and did what he could to find out the. Statis of the part which even though I was upset a little because of this whole mess . Or misunderstanding the guy handle it very well and I will be going back to get the par tonly because he had respect for the customer ' me ' kudos to you ! It's very important to people to have more people like you in this world. thank you.

Stopped by for some Touch-up paint. They didn't have it (car too new) but we got excellent advice, and a good price on other items. Actual customer service seems to be going "out of style" but we got it here. I will definitely be back.

I went to donate stuff at goodwill. But I purchased a owners manual for my car at this location and had my windshield wipers replaced at the store on park Victoria and landess. Great Service.

Several years ago I had a bad experience I might add with Oreilly. Bad Bad Bad. It was a SAAB STORY. THE VEHICLE went DOA SHORTLY AFTERWARD. Our business has been negatively impacted SINCE... Having Served members of the Outdoor Demographic since, homeless citizens we had to say good luck and good by!

The only reason this store stays in business is due to the lack of viable options anywhere close by. I've been in for parts several times for my F350 and generally the staff knowledge is marginal at best. When I needed new front wheel bearing assemblies about a year ago, the kid behind the counter was clueless. I still remember his excuse, "I'm more into Honda's so..." Well Jr., I'm not and I'm the paying customer so pull your head out! Tonight was the last straw. After sitting for a couple of weeks, my car's battery was dead. I jumped it with the truck and drove it around from Milpitas to Cupertino, to San Jose and back. When I came out from dinner it was no-go. After finding someone to jump it again, I went straight to O' Reilly for a check. It's Saturday night, about 8:20 and I'm dead in the water if I shut it off again... I knew it wasn't the alternator since I wasn't getting a charging system fault message. I just needed to know if the battery was toast or just in need of a longer charge cycle. The ASSistant Manager (emphasis added) refused to help me because they only had 2 people on duty and one couldn't be alone in the store. Never mind that the other guy was outside emptying the trash receptacles! So tomorrow I'm going to Batteries Plus and probably dropping a couple hundred $$ on a new battery. Their loss! I don't care if I have to drive all the way across the south-bay from now on, I'm taking my business somewhere else!!
