after the recent rains, the road from the freeway to our house has gotten to be terrible... my wife was driving home in her nearly new car and the road crumbled under her and chunk of highway flipped up and hit the underside of her SUV.... We took to Fix for estimate and decided to contact insurance. Our insurance company actually chose Fix! as the preferred provider, so we were all set. We dropped off the car and the following week, picked it up, all fixed up and shiny! Nice people, completely competent, seamless flow of info between insurance, fix and us and we have the car back.... I can hardly remember the stressed out voice of my wife calling to tell me about the incident. Thanks Fix! I hope we don't see you for a bit, but if we do, I know it will be a good experience!

I will give you these reason for my Five Star choice. From the very day I dropped off my vehicle at Fix Auto they had helped me to arrange for a pick up from Enterprise Car Rental. The timing was perfect. I was informed routinely on my vehicles progress. When a delay occurred they informed my Insurance Agent. Then my Insurance informed Enterprise of the extension of my car rental. They made sure that the flow was smooth. Their personal service was excellent. My 2005 Toyota Corolla required a minor repair. I’d gotten a few higher than expected repair estimates from other shops, came to Fix Auto Gilroy, and dealt with Ozzie. He was top notch. I’d located the necessary part online prior to the initial visit. Ozzie inspected my car, pointed out some details about the damage i hadn’t seen, he wrote the estimate (a very reasonable one) using the part I’d located, and ordered the part. The following week, as planned, the part arrived at the shop, it was painted promptly, and the following day i brought the car in. The old part was removed and replaced while i waited (maybe a 20 minute wait). My car looks great, the repair cost was more than fair, and customer service at the shop was excellent. May i never need future auto body repairs, but if i do, Fix Auto Gilroy will be my go-to spot.

Fix auto was in the “other party’s” insurance after an accident. My Tacoma looks and drives good and I’m happy with the repairs. There was a delay on one part, but they communicated that with me and the insurance so I could adjust my plans and the insurance continued the rental car. Also, they accepted the enterprise rental return at location, which saved me time. Overall, a good experience
Maria was really nice. My suv looked new could not tell it was damaged. Will definitely pass on to anyone needing their vehicle fixed. They had my vehicle done three days ahead of time. Big plus for me!
I was incredibly impressed with the team at Fix Auto. I was rear-ended (TWICE) and the parts needed were difficult to get due to supply chain issues. Santiago (the primary technician) and the office staff were professional, attentive and very knowledgeable.
