They have a huge selection of cars and trucks to pull your parts from. And they are very organized. Their prices are very reasonable.
I came in from Santa Barbara since they had a door I needed for a pickup truck, before even committing to a trip to Santa Maria I called to see if they had any, in which they confidently said yes, and quoted the price for the bare door and said to come over that they would get it for me. When arriving I told the receptionist who said that if I didn’t pay over the phone I would have to find the door myself and then they would remove it for me, so I did that. After completing their instructions they told me it would be a 30min to 1hr wait, which I know is reasonable, but that I would have to go back to the truck to take a picture so that they knew which one it was. They also asked me if I was quoted a price already in which I told them yes and confirmed the price quote. Once I went back again to take a picture of the car part, they then said they would not be able to get it done till Monday because their guys were on lunch and they were going to be busy. I truly couldn’t believe the lack of communication, which shows they don’t care or take pride in their customer service skills nor business. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because of their lack of communication they made me lose time and money. Anyone who is serious don’t go here
Over the phone they told me they had a part. When I drove over 30 minutes to get there they told me in person that they don’t have the part. The people on the phone put you on hold for 30 minutes. The people in the office and on the phone are super rude and unprofessional.
