Vincent is truly the best! From the moment he arrived, he was eager to help and did everything he could to fix my car using all the tools he had. When it became clear that we had to tow it to the garage，he didn’t hesitate and took care of everything. Even when the car's brakes were locked, he managed to carefully and professionally load it onto his truck without causing any damage. What impressed me the most was his dedication. I had to leave the keys with him and tell him the designated garage, and by the time he got there, it was already late at night. I can’t even imagine how he managed to unload the car in the dark while making sure my keys and accessories were placed exactly as my mechanic required.
