805 Towing was Great. Everyone in the office, that you deal with on the phone, they're all very polite and easy going. I've got to say, i can't speak highly enough about the guy who my towed my truck Jose Cortez. Jose was so pleasant to deal with the first time around and so helpful, when I needed my truck moved again (because it was not running and needed to change storage spaces) I called the office and specifically requested Jose to come out if possible and they were super accommodating. On top of taking great care of my vehicle, Jose is very helpful, he's got a lot of knowledge and vehicle experience from his years on the job, and he's happy to help you out in any way he can. He gave me some great advice on some work that I needed done to my truck that helped me out a lot. He definitely goes Above and Beyond to help you when he can. I will definitely continue to use them in the future and If you need a tow definitely hit up 805 you can't go wrong with those guys.
My car was wrongfully towed, held for no more than an hour and ransomed at almost $1000 to get it back. The driver showed no sympathy. Nobody should profit this much off of others misfortune. If I could give them negative stars I would.
Mike was professional approachable and fast! I felt confident that he made every effort to diagnose as much as he could before getting me to the auto shop.
805 did a great job, the driver Jose I believe is his name was very friendly, very accommodating, and you could tell he took pride in his work, and took pride in making sure me his customer was happy. I’m a repeat customer and every time I call them they get me fit in immediately which makes all the difference in the world for us to be able to do business in transporting our equipment. For what it’s worth I would highly recommend them.
My sister and I were stuck on the side of the road in isla vista and were able to flag down the roadside assistance gentleman and have him open our door for us so they are amazing happened to just be in the right place at the right time thank you Jose you were amazing

Had a dead Tesla and 805 was dispatched by my insurance company. Nobody lives to deal with Towing but Jose showed up with lots of smiles and a beyond helpful attitude. Really was there to look after me and the vehicle getting to where needed
I had a horrible experience with this towing company. Not only did they overcharge me, but when I questioned the price, they increased the rate even more out of spite. That’s completely unprofessional and unethical.
I was told someone would meet me, but I had to wait over 30 minutes for them to show up. As a result, I was 2 minutes late, and they had the nerve to charge me for an entire extra day – even though the delay was their fault.
This kind of predatory behavior is unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs if you value fairness, honesty, and respect.
Mike was on his lunch break while I approached him, thinking it was the other tow truck company I called. I explained to him my car was on the curb, he got my car off the curb thanks to him. Very humble and thoughtful guy.
Mike was very helpful and quick to arrive , he helped me change my tire after towing me back to might house as well. Hopefully won’t need their services again anytime soon but if I do I know I can depend on them.
What I thought was going to be a quick job moving a 54 Volvo, turned out to be not so easy. Ramero didn't give up or call for help. He was friendly and got the job done. I will call 805 towing whenever I need any of their services.

Truthfully, these people are Lifesavers! I was in a really bad position. My moving truck was stuck on a hill, almost ready to flip over into a river bed.. I called their competitor in the area with a lot of five star reviews and they told me it would be $950 per hour two hour minimum. When I tried to explain the situation, the lady Was extremely rude and told me do you want us to do the job or not? I was shocked!! So I gave 805 roadside a chance. They came out within 30 minutes Hugo and I’m assuming his boss, charged me $350 per hour. It took them two hours because they were methodical to ensure they did not damage my truck while they were pulling it out safely putting it back on flatland.. The total bill was only $700. not only were they professional, but they were confident and kept their word with the price. I would not hesitate for a second to call these guys again a matter of fact they are my go to for any situation for my company or family for now on. Thank you very much. You guys made a really hard day bounce back to a Salvageable predictable day.
805 Towing Im gonna start this off by saying if you are reading these reviews, you are already considering 805 as a provider for your towing/hauling needs, rest assured you have found your people/company. We came to 805 with an almost impossible project, but this project wasn’t just a project but it was our livelihood, it was a critical piece of our new journey. We need a trailer put on a piece of land directly on the coast, that nobody would even consider attempting. We explained the situation to Kristina, at which time she explained “they might be able to help” we continued to go over these fine details, timelines, and obstacles, over the weeks and leading up to the big day. After finalizing with Arron that they would absolutely want to help, this became real for us. This trailer needed to be placed directly up against a wall tongue in, with the windows facing the ocean. Sounds easy right, no not in the lease, there was no place to drive it right up to that wall and turn a truck around it would need to be placed 50 to 60 feet away from the drop and completely change gears on this plan and placement. They shifted thoughts and equipment and took it in a completely different direction. Ultimately with the safety of the trailer and people in mind they took the most care especially in the finale moments of placement as this was really essential. This project was turned down by all the rest in Santa Barbra towing companies. 805 took our story and made it a priority to make sure we succeed in our life goal. They didn’t need this job, they have plenty of business and customers but they did and they did it with there hearts, fully invested in our story, they became one of the biggest pieces of our story. They became not only a provider but a new family for us in our new home of Santa Barbara. Thank you 805! Kristina, Arron, and Jose you are now apart of our family. Thank you all! The impossible was made possible by 805! Another win for humanity with this team!
Jose was really great. Rear ended on the freeway and a pretty bad accident. Tow truck was there quick and Jose took care of business while explaining everything really well. Went over and above. Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If I ever need a tow again, this is the company I will call.
I have roadside assistance through Progressive and they quoted me 45-75 minutes originally for a dead battery and 805 Roadside arrived in maybe 10 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised. Jose helped to start the car and tested it after a few minutes. He was super friendly and the whole process was seamless. I would recommend 805 to anyone needing roadside assistance
Amazing company! Everyone I interacted with was super helpful, and really went above and beyond to help me. My vehicle broke down in the middle of the night and I had to call a 24 hour towing company for help, and this company's overnight phone operator lady answered all my questions and even gave me a lot of helpful advice. Then the tow truck operator Ramiro Zamora came and helped me jump start the car, followed me around to make sure my car was safe to drive and won't suddenly stop again, then followed me all the way to the gas station to get gas just to make sure I'm good, and told me if I run into anything later just give him a call and he will come back to help me. Now that's one of the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life! My only regret was I could not pay him any tips before we parted at the gas station because I left my wallet in my other car, and that made me feel so guilty because Ramiro really deserved it!! But given his AMAZING service, I know if I ever need help again (of course I hope I won't, but you never know), not only will I call him for help again, but I will pay him 2x the tip to make up for the tip he DESERVED for helping me so much the first time! If you ever need emergency help for your car, call this company!
