This is the best car repair shop in the world. It always fixes my car problems and charge at a fair price. Today, they even fixed my tire inflation problem for free! On top of that, I left the tire cap home and they even gave me a cap.

The waiting time is extremely long, i would have given a 3 and the lady attending to me has no good customer service, did not explain well and and follow up, i was the one who called to follow up because its been almost 3 hours but i always think of the last time that i needed an emergency tire and they accommodate me right away. So i don't know if i will be coming back for service to them.
Stopped by Wheel Works to get my flat tire repaired. Sal and team were super helpful and even patched it up free or charge! Will definitely be coming back for any tire-related needs.

Amazing team, I came in with a lifted truck with both wheels out like penguins feet, so wide it was sliding the whole way there. Rafael did an amazing job and everything rides great, even checked on a few things I touched to make sure it’s right.

Team Wheel Works in San Mateo! Finally found a professional and honest place for our Teslas. The customer service is excellent as well and the prices are fair. If they don’t have the tire model in stock, no worries, they order and arrive next day. I and my wife already recommended Wheel Works to all of our friends.
Wheel Works in San Mateo is one of the rare places that made me smile in a very frustrating situation. Their customer service was professional and warm at the same time. They dealt with my tire problem immediately. The price was reasonable and fair compared to Costco. I personally deeply appreciate Saul at the customer desk. I felt I was heard. We had a great experience here. We usually get our tires replaced at Costco, but decided to shop around since it's a bit of a hassle getting tires replaced or rotated at Costco.
We found on wheel works' website they carried the same tires we were looking to get from Costco but with essentially the same price and next day availability (vs Costco's two week wait). They also advertise free future rotations and inspections which is a plus.
Booking an appointment was super easy on the website. We showed up the next day and were helped at the counter by Abby who was super friendly and helpful. She talked us through their options, we picked the same tires we originally wanted and left the car with them. The car was ready in about two hours. Picking up and patient was super fast as well.
Overall, I'd for sure use this place as our tires shop from now on.
Long time customer, but new management. I had to come in twice within two weeks for totally different reasons (and cars); Saul & Abbey took great care of each situation. They’re very knowledgeable, friendly and resolved the issues quickly.

Early this week I give these people five stars they all friendly when you pay them thousands and thousands of dollars just to get your business later mechanic how rude disrespectful some guy named Sal was like oh I will take care of that no problem, sir Saul, who is the store manager gave me $100 discount I pay for coolant To be flush and to add coolant When I left the store, I’ll find out. They didn’t add nothing. I almost blow my engine on my Transmission I know everyone family so it’s a conflict to be working at the same store like example, sister-in-law mother-in-law, boyfriends, cousins, etc. find out later they from San Jose California I called the store to speak with regional manager to discuss my problems Some guy named Pedro said we don’t have regional manager or district manager. That was a lie. I will never ever ever bring my car to service to the shop. Later, if I know. Who was the original manager but they haven’t called me back yet 48 hours 72 hours and nothing I might be a Latino like I told Sal I know the law. Make sure you take pictures the employees because they will lie always
