They say that they are open 24 hours but they won’t open the store just to add one more additional day money to the fine and just for parking in our parking permit with tag inside car not on mirror they towed our car worst ever experience from towing and the office as well
Horrible company. Towed my car without merit. Apparently they do “drive bys” I had JUST moved into my new apartments for ONE day and my car was towed from my OWN parking spot. I let them know it was a mistake had to to pay an ASTRONOMICAL amount ($425) to get my car that only been in their yard for more or less than 4 hrs ..
WORST SERVICE YOU’LL EVER RECEIVE!! I had gotten my car towed apparently for not having a parking permit. I arrived to the place and was looking around, it was hard to find where the front door was to the office so I was looking around a gate (did not put my hands on anything) a guy came out with the worst attitude and commented “stop messing with the gate” We did not put our hands on anything in the first place. We came in and the person at the front desk has to be one of the greediest people I’ve ever met. Like any other place we didn’t receive a welcome in, what can we help you with it was straight to the business. I wanted to make a call and the guy loudly said “let me hear who you’re talking to” and not respecting our privacy. I didn’t mind what had happened but if he was able to be more respectful about the situation it would’ve been a lot better. Overall just ruined my day THIS PERSON NEEDS TO BE FIRED. INTENSELY GREEDY
