The guys were very professional, quick, and thorough. They even helped me remove some junk that I hadn’t originally planned on but since they were there they afford a great rate for me to get it all done in one shot. Highly recommend.

Wow! Talk about great customer service! Everything was smooth with this process. I sent an online inquiry yesterday and received a phone call and appointment within 20 minutes. The next day, (today), Francisco and Jorge arrived at my place on time and ready to work. They gave me a reasonable quote and began loading my items on their truck. (I have taken things to the landfill before and am acquainted with the pricing structure.) These gentlemen were friendly and efficient. I will definitely be calling Junk Deal for all future removal needs. They make it easy!
Had an excellent experience with junk deal! Scheduled the day before with jose on the phone and got a timely confirmation. The team let me know about a half hour before arrival and showed up on time. Francisco and Jorge were great! Polite and fast!!! They gave me a quote up front that was accurate and fair. Have used this company multiple times and have only has positive experiences!

What impressed me most was how quickly they cleared everything out. What would’ve taken me an entire weekend to deal with were gone in under an hour. They did an excellent job.

Very efficient and fair pricing. With just two people they managed to remove half a truck’s worth of junk from my house in less than an hour, including disassembling a metal bed frame and removing a heavy dresser. They also showed up on time which is very much appreciated. Would recommend!

Francisco and Christian were super helpful in getting the last bits of junk and garbage out of my rental so I could get on the road to my new home quickly. They were kind and communicated pricing up front and got to work within a couple minutes of arriving, and loaded up over half a truck in just a few minutes more. Would absolutely use them again!
In 2.5 hours they were able to remove 2 beds, 1 futon, 2 dressers, 3 end tables, a roll top desk, 3 shelves and one pain-in-the-ass treadmill. From a 2-story apartment. Price so worth it for the weight lifted from my shoulders.
Francisco and David were absolutely phenomenal movers. They were friendly, explained everything clearly, and were super methodical in how they approached clearing out our furniture and junk removal. Francisco was clearly a pro, knowing exactly how to strategize lifting and moving everything through our cluttered space (moving boxes everywhere!). David was great doing all the (literal) heavy lifting and had a keen eye for getting the proper angles for getting our gear to the dump truck smoothly. I cannot recommend them enough - if you do junk removal from this company, see if you can request them personally!
Getting rid of no longer needed stuff is often problematic but Junk Deal makes it almost effortless. Scheduling is easy, their system sends helpful reminders and very accurate arrival information, the crew is always pleasant, professional, and quick. Francisco and Jose were fast, friendly, and very efficient. They loaded up about 1/2 of their 20 cubic yard truck in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend this company.
