5 stars, why? The listen. They follow up. They advocate as needed for your repairs. Their staff all work together to give you the best quality body work. I am so thankful. What was a hardship turned out to be tolerable because of their care.
Great work repairing a door that had some decent damage that a mobile dent specialist couldn’t fix. Quick turnaround and high quality work. Couldn’t be happier.
Had a minor accident resulting in mostly paint damage. The body shop started the work as soon as the authorization came through and they finished the job a day sooner than anticipated. The car looks good and had been well cleaned
My family was vacationing in half moon bay this summer. We have a tent camper and our tires needed to be replaced. It was a unexpected expense, that we were not prepared for. Juan, came to our rescue, he came to our campsite and let us borrow a jack, jack stands and a lug wrench so my husband could take the tires off himself. Juan had never met us, and was taking a chance that we would return his equipment. He saved our vacation and my checkbook. Thank you to Juan for your equipment and for the understanding. He is a great guy.

After towing my vehicle post an accident I was told by a friendly desk agent, Casey that it would be perfectly fine for me to get a free estimate on my car. Upon driving an hour from San Jose a very rude "Owner" named Gary stormed with gusto out of his office to inform me it was a waste of his perfectly good time to inspect the vehicle upon my request even if I paid the hourly rate. He refused. Even though the side of the building proudly sports a sign that says, "Free Estimates".
To get rid of me he finally let me see my wrecked vehicle citing his reason for telling my insurance to total it was merely because of airbags, which he tried to convince me was a $7000 repair. That's pretty outrageous. I can only surmise he assumes I know nothing about cars. When asked for additional reasons he admitted to never having looked at the vehicle. He spouted on and on about how he knew my type. Perhaps he meant my gender? He proceeded to interrupt me and I could tell it was infuriating him everytime I continued right on with my sentence. Maybe it was my age? Even though I'm in my 30s, but regardless did not warrant how I was treated. I may have asked questions he did not like, but they were asked with respect and in return I was yelled at. I simply wanted a justification for what costs accounted up for my vehicle to be deemed totaled or why it could not meet his strict safety standards if there was no structural damage. They refused to even inspect it. I'm a car person, it's worth a little extra to get something of sentimental value back yet I was refused an inspection. So I'm not sure what kind of type I am that I deserved to be treated in this manor.
But then I noticed as I went to check through the different compartments; my wallet was missing, the subwoofer had been removed from the factory installed location, the shifter removed. I suspect they wanted the car totaled and avoid my seeing it as they are stripping it for aftermarket parts before it was hauled to a junk yard.
