JR just came and unlocked my car for me. He was fast and friendly, took maybe 20 minutes to get here and had my car unlocked in 5. I would recommend him to anyone.

I was waiting for a tow truck from AAA for a long while. My car had broken down inside a parking structure with no one able to help me getting it out due to the small ceiling. Finally AAA found them! They were fantastic! J.R and Jesus removed my car so easily and fast.

BEWARE. They contract random people to come your job. THEY ARE UNLICENSED AND NOT RELATED TO SUNRISE TOWING. HUGE LIABILITY FOR YOUR PROPERTY AND THE COMPANY.
They did towed my car from Home Depot Palo Alto which was parked legally have pictures to prove that after argued with the guy who towed the car they did paint the curb in red next day to prove me something… Also they did charge 475$ for towing, it was less than 30 min parked at their space which is ridiculous.
Henry he's an awesome guy very respectful very reasonable and his prices she has a pretty good selection of used cars that are for sale come see Henry if you need a car van or truck he might have it if you want to buy a fixer-upper he might have one of those two check in with him before going to his place of work...
wouldn’t let me get anything from my car after they towed it from an accident, not even my house key! and they charged me over $300 just a a 2-3 mile tow.
I highly recommend Sunrise Towing!! After two towing companies never showing up, leaving me and truck all night on freeway Sunrise Tow came when they said! Not only that they stayed in contact with me the entire time from pick up to deliver. JR was a godsend. .
Horrible service, would never recommend these guys. I set up a tow with them, they kept calling trying to get me to pay more money than they said and charged me for a tow. Then since I wouldn’t pay more they canceled my tow without telling me, and now 4 days later I’m still trying to get my money refunded to me.

This is the worst towing company you can ever use. The person in charge identified himself as Junior. He is very RUDE and does not know how to talk to clients politely and respectfully. The place where they parked my car is just a piece of trash, extremely dirty and full of dust. They charged me $450 for towing my car for only 12 miles driving distance and they charged me one day of storage even though the car was picked just one hour after arriving to their spot. Don’t go to their place alone and get someone with you there, the place is isolated and I was scared while talking to the two employees over there, was about to call 911.
Very crooked family-owned business I know of one other person that had their belongings stolen out of the vehicle the police impounded. I myself and missing a laptop and iPad and a phone. They say they stick to the letter of the law but if that letter is in the English dictionary I don't know any words that start with it.
Words can't express how grateful I was , last Saturday i locked my keys in my car at work at 6am in the morning, this sweet guy came out less then 30 minutes to unlock my car in the cold, he was understanding and patience, if you get into a jam this tow company is awesome
Very friendly and trustworthy and respectable company. I went and bought a car from him and he was upfront, honest, willing to work with me, and over all just made the experience easy and quick and just awesome. Ill totally be going back for tow related services.
Though they had my vehicle in their yard (and I was far from able to afford getting it out), it wasn't their fault why it was there and they were very friendly and especially generous regarding my situation!
They helped me in every way they could, including: not crushing my vehicle (it sat there for 2 or 3 months!), dropping the whole of the storage fees, staying extra late to allow me to get my possessions out of it, even decided to drop the tow bill (was told originally their policy states at minimum the tow fee bill must go to collections if not paid within specific amount of time - which had long since passed for me).
I don't know why they had been so helpful to me and my situation, perhaps it was just that: the circumstances/my story, maybe they were sick of dealing with me or that I just had good timing the days I reached out to them about it? Whatever it was, I was happier than I woulda been had they not been so kind.
I was missing my father's wedding ring, a couple chainsaws, car battery charger and a Milwaukee blower and battery. However, I have absolutely no clue who snatched those up.. And, honestly, I would suspect my ex co-workers (that place is why it even was towed in the first place..) sooner than Sunrise Towing.
Despite the missing items and the loss of my beat up ol' Beezlebub (car), I was expecting in the least my possessions to ALL have been gone by the time I got there - as that is what everyone told me happens in tow yards - and was overjoyed to see it had been (relatively) untouched!
If you happen to lose your automa-car via tow in their area, you better hour it was Sunrise Towing they called to get it done, cause they are exceptionally easy going and very generous people!
Wait time somewhat minimal, and Henry had my tire changed and done within 7 minutes. He even made sure I was safe and on my way before leaving. That's good service, TY
I managed to crash my car on the entrance to 101 on a rainy day and I need it towed home. The response was fast (it took me longer to find my phone in the car and find what I need to do) and the service experience was great. Henry was the driver that I interacted with.
I originally called another company they said they can be there in 25 min and 1 1/2 hours later still no tow truck so I called sunrise they said 15 min and it took 10 min for them to arrive. now there the only tow service me and my wife will use in the bay area. Fast friendly and safe. Hands down the only true tow service in Palo alto. Thanks the escobar family
Because of Lina and Luis I made it home safely tonight. I am about 5ft2 female, look and is basically the size of a 16 year old and also not from this area. I was out doing food delivery when I accidentally closed the trunk of my locked car with the keys still in the trunk. And instantly became completely stranded late at night in a city where I know absolutely no one and to top it off my phone was dying. But because of the amazing customer service, speediness and most of all the kindness of Lina and Luis. I am okay and made it home safe and sound. I understand they do this all the time but I have never experienced being completely stranded and alone. All I needed was someone to care enough to help me (I spoke to two other companies and after an hour it was basically "sorry but good luck" or they just never called me back (ELLISON!!) ) and not only did Lina and Luis help me but they reassured me that I was going to be okay, they were going to help me, and that they were on their way. That meant the world to me. After speaking to Lina I felt instantly safe. And for someone who was in a panic for an hour...I can't even explain how much that meant to me. So thank you so much! I wish I could give you 100 stars I am so very grateful for the service I was given. I reallyyyy hope I never experience being stranded ever again but you can bet that you will be the very FIRST people I call to count on. Thank you again Lina and Luis :)
