I had an amazing experience at Stewart Jeep! Aramis Romero and Lucas were very helpful, professional, and patient. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

The experience has been really frustrating for 4 years. I bought a 22 Chrysler Hybrid from this store. The vehicle is leaking water from the sunroof whenever it rains. I’ve filed multiple complaints and brought it back for inspection/repairs. Each time I brought it back, I had to pay $450 for labor & parts. At first, they told me there was no leakage. But I had to pay for their labor & services. The second time, I was told that the sun roof track had dirt. They cleaned the dirt. I needed to pay another $450. and, the problem has not been fixed. The sunroof still leaks when it rains.

Great experience at the dealership. Lucas was straightforward, knowledgeable and easy to work with. No pressure, no games, just clear communication and honest answers. He made the whole process smooth and stress free. Definitely recommend asking for Lucas if you’re shopping for a Jeep.

Angelina is wonderful to work with! I've been to the Colma location multiple times in the last year and each time I've had a positive experience. Even though the service department is often incredibly busy and I have had trouble getting through, I always receive a prompt call back from Angelina. She has been attentive, caring, and an overall joy to work with. I tend to be a bit introverted and have often felt uncomfortable at car dealerships and service departments in the past. I have never felt this way at the Colma Stewart dealership. Five stars for Angelina and the Stewart dealership team!

Awful dealership and horrible employees! I ran a Carfax report on my own car and somehow they (Aramis & Monica) got my contact info from Carfax and won't stop bothering me. I unsubscribed and asked them several times to stop contacting me, but they don't listen and won't stop spamming/harassing me. There's absolutely no way that I'd give them a chase of doing business with me after this experience! I've reported them to BBB as well as National Do Not Call Registry.

Very poor customer service at this dealership. I bought a vehicle brand new in 2025, which turned out to have defective parts, causing the vehicle to die several times. Customer service at the dealership was very unhelpful at figuring out what to do, so I had the vehicle towed back to the dealership. No one was helping me when I called, so I went in-person, then finally the manager found my car and the paperwork thrown into a regular pile with routine maintenance vehicles. They finally took my vehicle's paperwork out and put it in a high priority pile, and I was told that I would get an update by the end of the next day. No one called me all day long the next day, so I had to call back in and speak to a manager to get an update on the vehicle. The update was simply that "they still don't know what the problem is." I was told that I would get a call the next day with an update, but again, no one called, and now my car has been in their shop for 2 full business days. Service department never answers when I call, so I had to speak to a manager again. Manager told me he would have someone call me today. The dealership refused to provide me with a rental car and said that has to be provided by Jeep customer support. This whole process has been so unprofessional and disturbing. I would never recommend anyone buy a vehicle from this location. They sold me a defective brand new vehicle and they are barely making any efforts to help me or to fix the problem.

After buying my JEEP here, I can never get anyone to return my calls. No one returned my multiple calls about the RECALL notice to stop using or parking my JEEP near my home or buildings due to risk of catastrophic fire. This is not a good place.

BE VERY CAREFUL, I would avoid if possible. This place will take your money and do nothing. $750 for "Diagnostic" test on my jeep to do absolutely nothing. They literally claim my 2021 Jeep with 30k miles needed the engine taken apart for $3000+ to "see" if work needed to be done. I kid you not, $3000 to "see" if any repairs are needed but not actually doing anything. Then I popped in to just get my jeep and go to an honest mechanic and they charged $750 for looking at the Jeep for less than 24hrs. BEWARE of scams like this. My mistake, live and learn but I can promise Ill never go back here. Angelina and her people are dishonest and will get their commissions anyway possible. UPDATE: I contacted better business bureau, The BAR (Bureau of Automotive repair, and DCA (Department of Consumer Affairs) - I am told this dealerships policy charge of $490+ for diagnostic is actually not legal in California unless repairs are made. So Ill be filing a small claim against the dealership and going to court. Like I said, Don't listen to their GM, Their customer service or any one from this dealership. Read the reviews, its clear this is a steady practice from the dealership and perhaps I am the guy to make them change their shady unethical business practices.

Angelina is outstanding. She’s professional, communicative, and goes above and beyond to take care of her customers. She made my service visit early, transparent , and stress-free. Hands down the best experience I had at a dealership. Highly recommend asking for her!

I generally don’t leave reviews unless my experience was surprisingly good or bad. Unfortunately, this was a bad one. I took my 2018 wrangler with 43k miles on it in for a check engine light. I got a call a couple days later being told my thermostat rationality needs to be replaced and would cost $798. I declined repair due to that price point but still had to pay $490 for just the diagnostic. I picked up my jeep Monday and took it to a different mechanic who called me a short while after to tell me that upon lifting the hood and working his way to the thermostat that he found multiple loose bolts. This was upsetting to me as if it were intentionally done by this dealership or maybe just an act of negligence. I spent all of Monday and Tuesday trying to get ahold of anyone in the service department without getting any phone calls back. I finally got a call back from a salesman who was then able to track down the service manager, Walter, and get him on the phone for me. I told Walter what had happened and he responded with multiple sarcastic comments consisting of “what do you want me to do about it,” “is this a brand new car? If not, are you telling me no one else has ever touched it?” “You’re coming at me all wrong.” My favorite was when he asked me what I wanted him to do and I responded saying I don’t think it’s right that I had to spend $490 on this and he cut me off to say “not gonna happen” insinuating that any sort of refund was off the table. The money is one thing but what pushed me to write this review is my terrible experience with Walter specifically. I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism and the fact that he’s a manager is crazy to me. I asked who his supervisor is and he didn’t answer until I had to ask again and said Mike Keylin. My advice is to consider a different dealership or mechanic when needing your vehicle to be worked on. Update- I’d like to add that Mr. Walter also told me I was talking to him all wrong as if I spoke to him in a way that he liked maybe he would give some attention to this matter. He also asked what was loose and I told him I didn’t know because I’m not a mechanic. I reached out to my mechanic asking what was loose so if someone could relay to Walter that it was the two top 10mm bolts on the throttle body I’d really appreciate it because I know how bad he wanted to know from how dumb he thought I was for not knowing. **UPDATE** Per the Google review response I got from the dealership’s GM I tried contacting him multiple times via email, phone call, and voicemail only to get ZERO correspondence back. As of 1/5/26 I have still heard nothing from Mr. Keylin. That being said I have now contacted ABC’s 7 on your side to assist in the matter. This could’ve been easily resolved with proper communication but this business couldn’t provide something so simple.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Aliya was absolutely wonderful to work with. She contacted me regarding my Jeep recall, arranged my appointment, and when I later needed to change it, she was incredibly attentive, accommodating, and helpful. She is courteous, friendly, and genuinely sympathetic—an absolute joy to speak with. Her kindness and positive attitude gave me hope that this dealership is still worth coming to, as no one else I’ve dealt with here has shown such care. Thank you, Aliya—you are a true gem, and I hope to see you promoted to a leadership role soon!

First of all, even though this dealership is quite far from where I live. I decided to come here. Kudos to all the staff and special mention to Andres for making the car purchase as smooth as possible. Awesome people in every sense.

Brought my Jeep Compass in for a PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE last Nov 5 (had to pay $925), ended up having a broken car after 2 days (wont start). Towed, took them 5 days to get it done, no calls no updates in between. Now, its the second time my car is being repaired after the maintenances, same issue, wont start/misfires. letting me pay $500 for diagnostics because they said it wasn’t because of the previous maintenance. It has just been too much. If only I could turn things back, I would not have brought my car in this location.

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced! The woman who answers calls to redirect you for assistance has HUNG UP ON ME, is now screening my calls, and answers only to hang up. My Jeep is currently in the service department getting repairs with an open claim and I can’t get a hold of anyone for photo submissions to my insurance company. I’ve texted my service advisor and she leaves me on read for days. I’ve called and left voicemails for the service manager, Walter, and he hasn’t returned a single call. DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing vehicles from here or getting service done. This is unacceptable. I just want me car fixed.

My jeep was serviced for 3 days. They charged me 3hrs service fee to change my batteries. I researched it they should not charge $800 to replace a battery, it takes and hour tops. They didn’t even clean my jeep after service for 3 days, leaving it dusty inside and outside from the shop. This has never happened. Normally they clean it. They said they would pay for my uber but never replied back when asked for reimbursement. The last time I was there they lost my key and said they never had it and didn’t try to rectify. I’ve tried to get good service but always feel ripped off when I leave. I thought I purchased into a good company in Serramonte but i am always dissatisfied when I leave. I now need to find a better Jeep dealer who will honor a good partnership and my jeeps best interest instead of my money. I would no recommend getting your vehicle serviced here it’s not good business and they don’t care about people or their time when scheduling and they take your money. I’m so disappointed.

This review comes from many visits. You'd think I learned my lesson, but due to their convenience and lack of competition I kept going back. No more. Last visit I paid $500 for them to keep my car for 2 weeks only to tell me my battery needs to be replaced. They wanted $600, but dropped it when I complained. 2 weeks to tell me my battery needs replacement with a cost of $500, just seems outrageous. I should also note, they first told me my battery was fine then changed their mind.

I was about to switch to a different Jeep dealer to have my Jeep serviced bec of my bad experience in this location in the past. But for the third time, I said I’ll try it again but with a different advisor. I booked an appointment with John Shami and it was a very different experience compared to my past 2 appointments in this location. He was really informative and transparent. He was very accommodating and on my third time here, he was the only one who offered a courtesy ride to/from my home. Because of John, I won’t transfer to a different location anymore and will definitely come back to him again for my future scheduled maintenance for my Jeep Wrangler. Thank you so much, John! You’re a rockstar!

I bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler on October 19, 2025. The entire team is incredible! They are true professionals. All my questions were answered truthfully. I am so happy I found Stewart Chrysler in Colma. I now have my dream jeep. And I highly recommend to buy your next vehicle from here.

I recently purchased a New/Used Chervolet Traverse from Steward Chevolet, and I had the true pleasure of working with Ms. Aliya. From the moment that she introduced herself too me Ms. Aliya was incredibly polite and attentive. She listened carefully I did not feel as if I was being steered to just purchased just any car. Last her honesty and transparency was refreshing. Thank very much for all of your work, I would highly recommend Ms. Aliya her to anyone looking to buy a car. P.S I am enjoying my new Chevrolet Traverse.!!!!

Just picked up my Jeep Wagoneer S Launch Edition from Jeep Colma and had the best experience! Aaliya was my sales rep and she was awesome—answered my call right away, got me the deal I wanted, and helped me set up the car exactly how I wanted it. Whole process took about an hour, no time wasted like with other dealers (and I wasted a lot lol). Super smooth and easy. Definitely recommend asking for Aaliya if you’re buying here!

My wife and I recently purchased a brand-new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Stewart Jeep, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. After an unfortunate experience with the hybrid version of the same car, we were honestly very hesitant to give Jeep another chance. But from the moment we walked in, Juan (our salesman) and Aramis (the sales manager) went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident and valued as customers. They worked tirelessly — with genuine enthusiasm — to earn our trust and make the process smooth. In the end, not only did we leave with our new Grand Cherokee, but they also helped us by purchasing my wife’s car, which made the entire deal even easier and more convenient. In the end, we left the dealership truly satisfied and excited to be part of the Jeep family again. Highly recommend Stewart Jeep, and especially Juan and Aramis, to anyone looking for great service and an honest, friendly team.

Terrible Service Avoid at All Costs! I had an appointment for an oil change at 9 AM, and it’s now 2 PM — still not done. How long does an oil change even take? The staff is unorganized, unprofessional, and has zero sense of customer service. Don’t waste your time or money here unless you want to be ignored, overcharged, and disrespected. This place is a joke.

Five stars for John Shami and Walter Alverez! I’m a total Jeep fanatic, and these guys keep mine running like a champ every single time. Their communication is excellent , they send detailed inspection videos, explain everything clearly, and are always upfront about what needs attention and what can wait. They treat me with respect, never push unnecessary repairs, and genuinely care about keeping my Jeep in top shape. Even when I know they’re backed up with cars, they still manage to get me in and out quickly. They always go the extra mile ,from laying down protective plastic and paper inside the Jeep to giving it a fresh wash before handing it back. The attention to detail really shows, and it’s obvious they take pride in their work. It’s hard to find a shop where you feel this level of trust and consistency. I wouldn’t think of taking my Jeep anywhere else for service. John and Walt make the whole experience easy, honest, and professional .I always drive away confident that my Jeep’s in the best hands possible. Thanks again John and Walt !

Took my 2018 Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk in at the direction of Carmax for “SVC FWD” light. I was informed the diagnostic would be covered by Carmax if the insurance company doesn’t cover it. The diagnostic called for a replacement of the transfer case and the transfer case module for a total cost of over $3200 without labor. The insurance company pushed back on this and the foreman had to get involved to address the issue. Turns out the transfer case did not need replacing nor was a proper diagnostic done to make sure the issue is not electrical. This was confirmed by another shop. The transfer case can be purchased for $250 and anyone that can follow simple instructions can replace it in under an hour, as it is “plug-and-play.” I informed the gentleman that was working on this that I would not be coming back for anymore work to be performed on my Jeep. His response was to ask me to pay for the diagnostic, which we already established it would be covered by Carmax, and that if I didn’t pay for the diagnostic the dealership would not service my car in the future. I would highly recommend for those considering to take their vehicle here for service to do their due diligence before agreeing to have any repairs done.

John and Walter were amazing. They helped us with a repair that another dealership messed up with. We had a couple of concerns and they showed us step by step everything that was done to our car, they truly cared that they gave us the best service and that our car was fixed. Every question we had they answered and made sure we understood. The two of them truly care about their customers which you do not get from most places you go to to get your car fixed. We are definitely coming back for all our service needs! 🙂

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience with my service advisor, Angelina, at Stewart CDJR. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Angelina is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her customers. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. What really stood out was her friendly attitude and attention to detail—she made sure everything was handled smoothly and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to make sure the customer feels valued, and Angelina did exactly that. If you need service at Stewart CDJR, I highly recommend asking for Angelina. She truly sets the standard for excellent customer service!

I've been bringing my Jeep vehicles here for service for a while now, and my latest visit was another great reminder of why. I was incredibly impressed by the customer service from Angelina and the manager, Walter, who gave solid and trustworthy advice on the necessary maintenance items & repairs. I also greatly appreciated the consistent updates on timing and costs throughout the process. This refreshing level of honest service is why I trust them with all my Jeeps and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Consumer Complaint/Review: Title: Beware of Stewart Jeep in Colma, CA – Repeated Failures to Diagnose Overheating Issue Under Warranty Review/Letter: I’m writing this to warn future customers about my deeply frustrating and costly experience with Stewart Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Colma, California. I own a 2027 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7L, and starting at just 40,000 miles, I began experiencing a persistent issue: the vehicle would overheat when idling for more than five minutes. I brought this up with Stewart Jeep multiple times over the course of more than a year, always while the vehicle was still under the manufacturer warranty (which expired in November 2024). Over that time, the dealership replaced: • Two water pumps • One radiator • Two thermostats Each time, I clearly explained that the overheating only occurred while idling, yet they never properly diagnosed the root cause. They insisted it was related to the water pump or radiator, and I trusted their judgment. The problem continued. Finally, during one of the last service visits before the warranty expired, a technician suggested it might be the electrical fan module. Based on that advice, I stored the vehicle in my garage for six months until I could afford the repair. When I returned to the dealership on May 16, 2025, to get the fan module replaced, I once again explained the exact same issue. After installation, I was told the vehicle still overheated — and now, they needed $1,300 just to diagnose it further. That diagnosis? They claimed it now needed a full engine teardown and replacement of the engine and heads, totaling $17,000. After speaking with multiple managers, I was told it was “too late” to cover this under warranty, even though I’d been reporting the same problem since 40,000 miles. The vehicle has only 84,000 miles now — barely halfway through what should be its reliable lifespan. I believe this is a clear case of: • Negligent or inadequate diagnosis • Failure to resolve a recurring warranty issue • And a dealership unwilling to take responsibility for an escalating problem they failed to address while the warranty was still valid. Consumers deserve better. I’ve filed formal complaints with Jeep Corporate and am exploring further action through the California Bureau of Automotive Repair, and if needed, Lemon Law protections. To anyone considering buying or servicing a Jeep at Stewart Jeep in Colma, CA: Beware. Make sure every concern is fully documented and do not assume they will stand by you if a problem continues. My trust in Jeep — and especially this dealership

Very bad experience purchasing car on Wednesday these people said that they have inspected the whole car. The whole car is absolutely fine. But when I drove my car, the screen was not working, so when I came back here, they said that they cannot do anything about the screen. The screen is not working at all. They cannot say anything about it. these people said that they have inspected the whole car. The whole car is absolutely fine. But when I drove my car, the screen was not working, so when I came back here, they said that they cannot do anything about the screen. The screen is not working at all. They cannot say anything about it. Now they are telling me to get it repaired at a local dealer and it will be repaired there. I said, if the dealer charges me, I will have to pay for it, but they said we will not pay any money for it. Do whatever you want to do with it. This is your car. If you want to complain, complain. If you want to keep it, keep it and do whatever you want, we cannot say anything.

I cannot praise John and the Stewart Chrysler Dodge team highly enough for the outstanding customer service they provided. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer.
