My dad had 50 years of handyman materials to be removed from under the house. It was a large, messy job. Junk King was incredibly helpful, prompt, courteous, and professional every step of the way. This job required many phone calls, texts, emails, and video chats to complete. Every single person did exactly as promised. The crew members were all hard-workers. Maybe there are cheaper junk haulers in the Bay Area, but none with this level of customer service.
Kudos to Junk King for such a well-run organization.
Really wonderful! We had just taken down a chain link fence and had discovered some interesting pieces of junk in the yard of the home we recently bought (half of a shopping cart, old drills, pieces of siding, etc.). They came with a sawzall and broke up the fence to more manageable pieces, hauled it into their truck and even made sure they picked up the little metal scraps and vines that were tangled up in the fence. They took what probably would have been a multi-day job for my husband and I and very quickly took it off our hands! And they are very clear and transparent about pricing and what to expect (and showed up early!!). Cannot recommend them enough.

What a relief to have the bed frame and mattress removed to make room for the Tempurepedic bed coming the next day and they were able to accommodate a last minute same day pick up request ! Price was reasonable.
Overall great experience and follow though from all departments. Estimator and Hauler Nellie and his helper were professional and prompt. Christy was able to match a competitors written Estimate fast from the approval from Robin and made it very easy to schedule the pick up appointment. I will use Junk King again for future clean outs and refer to my friends and family.
Avoid this place. They swiped my credit card twice and said they just did it once. I caught them doing that and they had to admit. The owner and staff are very rude and aggressive.

I used Junk King to dispose of some items from my storage unit. They were very efficient, pleasant, quick and reasonable. I would highly recommend them for removal of any items that you may need. Highly impressed customer.!!!
So happy i called Junk king, it was super easy and fast to schedule an appointment, i was able to set one up in the morning for 2 pm same day. They were super responsive, when they felt that they might be late they called and texted me to let me know. They did end up coming on time as Jelber (he is their field manager) wanted to ensure that they provide great service and respect the time they had committed already. He himself picked a truck and decided its best that he goes rather than have me wait till 4-5 pm for the original truck to be freed up. They gave me a quote upfront and it was very reasonable, they unassembled everything and in 30 mins they took away all the junk i had and more , they cleaned up making sure no trash is left behind. Even though last min i added some small items they didnt change the original quote. Jelber and Lester were simply amazing, they care about the customers their property and just because of them two i would highly recommend using junk king.

The staff with junk king were amazing and personable. They took direction well, but also took initiative when needed. Strong, abled body and ready to work. Trucks looked great and the “king” even showed up to make sure all was running smoothly.

I was also able to book an appointment super fast, and great responsiveness/communication from the front desk staff who helped me get a pricing quote early on. Highly recommend them.
I own a property that, unfortunately appears to be a magnet for anyone who has large items such as mattresses and furniture to dispose of. Recology won’t take them, but, for a reasonable price, Junk King drives by and they’re gone with a simple phone call. Nice people, and great service!

Excellent service!! I booked an appointment online on a Saturday for Sunday. The pickup guys kept me informed of their ETA. They were quick. Picked everything up no problem. Very reasonable price. The convenience is well worth the cost.
The Junk King crew was absolutely amazing! Quick and professional service! I had a very large couch and some miscellaneous items for them to pick up and they were done in about it an hour. The pickup was seamless and stress free. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
I had an awesome experience with Junk King. Manuel, Rigo, and team did a fantastic job cleaning out my aunt's entire house. They did the job very quickly and at a great price, plus everyone was incredibly nice. I wouldn't hesitate in hiring them again and would highly recommend them!

I highly recommend this service. Very responsive before the service as I had to reschedule due to the weather. The response was very professional and very accommodating.
The day of service, Nelly and another person,whose name I forgot, communicated that they were on the way. I live in a gated community so they had to drive in backwards and carry stuff down the stairs. The two of them were very professional and careful not to ding walls or doors.
Their willingness to accommodate my needs to pick up heavy items while staying under my budget was awesome.

Amazing! I have been staring at a pile of old carpet/flooring and kitchen cabinet for weeks. I hoped one day someone would magically take it away. It wasn’t until my family started commenting on the eye sore that we decided to do some research. Junk King came highly recommended from a friend. They were wonderful. Same day quote and pickup! Fast, efficient, within a matter of minutes things were cleared and cleaned up. Very professional, organized, and careful. Definitely a repeat customer. Don’t forget to tip your workers!
