I will admit, these guys are a little pricier than most. My experience with them however was okay. Customer service was great, but like I said they are a little pricey.

Have had to use Kautz Towing on several occasions, unfortunately. They show up quickly, fix my problem efficiently, and are always helpful, and most of all, they are genuinely nice people. I would not use anyone else in south county. I can't speak about their rates because my insurance covers it. But, no matter whatever they charge, it's worth it!
My insurance roadside assistance did not communicate all the details of my situation and provided an incorrect location to Kautz.
