Shady company bad business ethics. Had gone into an accident over the weekend we called Timos To see if we could sell them our wrecked car and let them know that we had personal items that we wanted to collect out of there before we sold. They let us know to be there by one however we were in the hospital. We’re unable to make it. We called the next day they were closed. Monday came along. We asked if we could come Tuesday because we are still recovering. They said that is fine to our surprise when we show up before even selling them the car everything was taken out including our personal information mail that we had left in there after the accident they told us that there’s nothing they could do about it that they weren’t responsible and they had already sold parts off the car before we sold it to them so even if I wanted Whooped I could not take it they extorted us, humiliated us and made us call and make a police report. Overall I am very disappointed in this company and I highly recommend them being shut down for good.
Great place for used car parts, bring some tools, find what you need and get it at a fair price. Helps me keep the older cars going for pretty much nothing.

Recently visited this week and Prices Are Extremely High, Not worth visiting when the customer is being over charging for used parts, their inventory isn’t physically organized as other junkyards cars are very close together and is just leaves no space for the customer to pick out a part from the cars
Don’t buy engines here! I bought a motor for my truck only to find out it was worn out they told me it had 144k miles but when I started it the oil pressure was low so I changed the pump and it was still low which indicates wear in the internals.
Usually my go to favorite Junkyard for getting parts but last time I went on a Saturday and took three of my friend for their first time to show them how cool it was to get parts for their rides, they shut the gate at 12pm right when we showed up. For reference, they close at 2pm on Saturdays. They lost a good amount of business and turned away a handful of customers that afternoon!
Are the prices high? Yes ( considering it’s a scrap yard). Is the customer service decent by any means? No. Can you expect your part to be ready on time? No. Is this a decent alternative option compared to traditional methods of getting parts? Yes.
I’ve been a customer of Timos for around two years now, and while I think they have a decent selection of vehicles, They fail to provide adequate customer service and consistently fail to give me an accurate estimate on when I can pickup the part that I already paid for. I’ve also had experiences picking up windshields from them that were said to be in perfect condition but came with fairly large rock chips, no price cut given when brought up. Timo’s can be a decent option, but don’t expect a massive price cut compared to tradition methods. Also don’t expect to have your part by the end of the day like they say, chances are you will be waiting on it until atleast the next day, or even the day after that.
Another note. I have also had multiple cars picked up by Timos, they price somewhat adequately, but again, they have never came at the time estimated, always multiple hours later.
They have hundreds of cars very rarely do I find a time where I can't find the part I always talk with Miguel he is straight up and gets the job done and helps you find your part highly recommend if you need to do some custom work they have helped me keep all five of my cars running
I had a really great experience with Timo's. I bought a transmission but couldn't pick it up until a number of weeks later. They were really nice and worked with me. I'm not sure, but it seems like a family owned business. They've gotta be a family owned business with how nice and flexible they are. I would definitely go there again.

I called to have my car junked and I was told they would tow it by noon. So I relayed the message my boss because he is expecting me back by a certain time. Here I am still waiting past noon, my boss is not happy. I call Timo's to find out what's going on and I am told the drivers are on lunch. Goodness knows how long that will be? I am missing hours at work that I can't make up waiting for the tow truck. If I have to junk another car in the future I'm going to consider another company. No respect for other people's time. I am very angry.
They had the part I needed, but having never been to an auto junkyard, I wasn't aware I'd need my own tools! They wanted $15 extra for removing the part, a mirror mind you that took less than 5 minutes to disassemble on top of the price they quoted for the part. I almost walked away without the part, then she knocked the extra charge off. However it took two hours to get service they were so busy
Do not call them to sell your car. They will low ball you. I live less than 10 min away and want to charge me to pick up the car. Never go to these guys. They were also suppose to call me back but was left waiting as well. Waste of time.
Drivers dont know what they are doing and they low ball every price regardless of vehicles condition. They only pay for the title of the vehicle not the vehicle itself. Wouldnt ever recommend this place to anyone, instead go to san luis auto salvage. They at least give a good price based off how the vehicles condition is.
Friendly staff, decent selection and fair pricing. One of my favorite places to spend a saturday morning and a great excuse to hit up Jocko's for breakfast.
The owner him self told me they had a part drove 45 mins to get the part and they didnt even have a vehicle with in 5 years of the one I asked about! Go past timos take a left down the next alley go to the end! Ask for Ben or any of the ladies in the office they will find you the part you need and not leave you hanging! Thanks again ladies and Ben for helping me find the part I needed! Made my trip worth the time and gas!
I was looking all around town to get rid of my daughters old car that was just taking up space. Gave Timo's a call and they came and picked it up the same day hassle free. Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. 10/10

Been to the yard a few times now for various parts on various cars. Never had any issues, the guys were always very helpful and the pricing was very fair.
The front desk person Miguel is very rude. I asked him a simple question if he could simply help me get a part I needed for my car he completely ignored me and kept telling me to hold on.After 2 hours and talking to 5 different employees while Miguel just sat there on his phone making personal calls I left, I don’t plan on coming back the customer service is horrendous, lack of communication, and work ethic. Remember timos the face at the front desk is the first thing costumers see. Put that into consideration for customers satisfaction.
Timo does not give good deals, shut up. they just wanna rip you off and get the most from you, if you want something small take it, its trash to them unless u want it, if its a big item ask one of the guys walking around dont take it to the office they will charge you twice as much.
Called to see how much thet would give me for my 97 bblazd with 160xxx. Runs great and has 2 dents. They want to offer me 100 bucks. Ha ha ha ha. Put the crack pipe down!!!
