This place was recommended to me by B.D and son because they didn't have a small tow truck for my garage. So I called advanced towing, they were here in fifteen minutes.By the time they got here though my car had started. He was gracious enough to follow me to the mechanic. I totally appreciate and totally recommend advanced towing.They are the most generous, kindest And most professional tow truck co, I totally recommend them to anyone.
If i could put -0 i would. Because i was treated very bad and unfair! Especial the receptionist, they made me feel unwelcome as if i did something wrong when me and my Wife were only trying to see about my totalled car. I have never ever been treated with so much disrespect for no reason.. im very upset with how they tried to handle our situation, i hope i never have another encounter with this company again!
What a horrible experience I broke down in my 54 Chevy Bel Air took the company about two and a half hours to reach me which was fine I understand it's a Friday night and they're busy when the tow truck driver arrived he said my car was too nice to tow I asked him, so do you guys only tow ugly cars? So they left me stranded I even offered to pay cash....I had to call another company to come pick me up they had no issues.
BEST price for a local tow in town and came sooner than estimated! John’s customer service specifically was top tier and extremely professional! Hooked up my vehicle quickly and efficiently in the parking lot of my office without a disruption. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others!
Ivan was very helpful in towing my dads truck. He was super careful and made sure the job was done right. Our estimated wait time was one hour but Ivan arrived within 20 minutes. Request for Ivan when calling advanced towing !

I had this awful accident at the park on El Dorado and the guy they sent out was very courteous, professional, patient and answered all the questions I had about the towing and junk yard procedures. It was a bad crash and I was kind of freaking out but the cops were helpful and the tow truck driver, Ivan, was extremely helpful. I can't thank you enough for being a good dude, as well as advanced towing thank you. You helped me big time. It makes this difficult situation that much easier when you have patient, thoughtful people looking out for the customer. Appreciate it.
I was very pleased with the services provided. Ivan was professional and put the customer first. My car broke down on the side of the freeway. His main concern when arriving on site was my safety. He got me out of harms way and then took care of my car.
Ivan was super friendly and arrived 20 mins after we called for our car. He helped my husband get our vehicle into our apartment complex which we really appreciated so much! Will use Advanced Towing and Auto Transportation again in the future

IVAN was extremely helpful in towing my car. He arrived quickly and got straight to work, his priority was to get us off the dark and rainy road which I greatly appreciated. He moved quickly and was very knowledgeable on what he was doing. He definitely went above and beyond in getting my vehicle towed fast and safely. What a great human and dedicated worker! If you are able to request someone specific, I definitely recommend asking for Ivan!
Horrible people. It's up to them if they comply to you nicely or not at all! Never ever call here for service unless you love waiting and being disrespected. Go to a good company! Mike's tow any tow but this place Mike's is by far#1.
Never would I recommend this towing facility I called the office totally rude and they charged me $366.25 for 1 night And I never even called this towing outfit I called another one but these guys were closer so Stockton PD chose them so then they charge me PD rotation charges instead of a $60 charge I was totally screwed the car was there less then 24 hours and they charged me for 2 days
This is ridiculous. They put me on hold four times that spanned over HALF AN HOUR of waiting. Finally got to talk to someone and the only thing she asked me before putting me on hold AGAIN was what year make and model car I had. She never came back on the call after that. What a waste of time.
I couldn’t say I used this business since they canceled the pickup without letting us know. We waited 2hrs with 2 of my children in the car on the side of the freeway. I spoke to the driver and he was on the other side of the freeway and he would be coming. Well I seen his tow truck pass us and kept going so I tried calling and no answer. My wife called the office about 20 mins later and the lady said the driver cancelled. (Thanks for the communication) They then told me it’s too late to schedule another driver, I would have to find another tow company. I gave one star because it was the lowest I could give. Very poor customer service Advanced Towing! Keep in mind next time it could be your family next time. smh
I've always had nightmare experiences with towing companies and this review isn't for the company, but the man who picked us up. His name was Robert and he was the first tower ever who didn't scrape the back of our van when lifting it onto his truck. He was professional, kind, and a great conversationist. Robert deserves a raise! You better be treating him well and appreciate the man you have working for you.
My roadside assistance made appointment with this company to pick my car. After 1 1/2 of waiting I called to see if they were coming and they said they couldn’t! It’s late evening and I’m on the side of the freeway and they make me wait this long! The operator said we can’t help you, you are going to have to deal with it on your own and hung up ! So unprofessional! Will never you this company !
I love this place. They are honest, and straight forward. They tell you the truth about the vehicles and if anything is wrong with them. The prices are great and they work with you... I only trust buying from them..
Tow truck driver called to say he was 20 min out. He never showed, then I get a call from my insurance company stating that I cussed him out. That never happened I only told him that I had been waiting for 2 hours. Well now its 3 hours. I would never use this company for anything.
Horrible. They have no compassion for people and they won't work with you to pay your balance when it's low. Also wouldn't allow me to get my keys out my car without paying 105 dollars. I had my 8 year old daughter and we just moved here from Oakland. They were rude as well. This the way California treats us
Had to take pictures of my stolen/crashed/recoverrd car and called ahead to make sure someone would be there when I arrived. They say the hours are 8-5 M-F . I told them I should get there about 4:45. They told me they stop processing vehicles at 4:30 and that it would cost $105 to take pictures. Every response from the office staff begins with “ No!! “
Waited over an hour for their roadside assistance. Suppose to be 45 mins. Called them n they told me to wait another 45 mins. If I can give a zero star, I would. I think they just forgot or didn't want to come...giving me excuses. If u need a tow, please call tow workx. They got here in 15 mins like they said they would.
Their drivers block your driveway and have the nerve to have a unpleasant, very unfriendly attitude as if you’re inconveniencing them. I did NOT ask you to block my driveway in front of my garage so I cannot get out. Try being more courteous and a little bit more friendly when being of an inconvenience to others.
If I could give less than one star I would. Miguel was a great driver, however the company quoted me $190 port to Port each way. $380. When they put the truck down they then said that this was a per hour charge for a total of $570, almost double what they quoted me. They also had told me that it was going to be a 90 minute wait and ended up being 2 hours and 45 minutes. Literally highway robbery. Never deal with these guys
This company equipment couldn't open the door on my 2009 CST nor did they have it. My son is in a wheelchair and we were in 100 plus degree for two hrs waiting on service from this company who couldn't help us. We had no phone nor money everything was locked in my vehicle. I had to beg the driver to allow me to call the insurance company back. The man was rude and didn't want me on his phone because he had to go. No concern for our safety. I'm a 63 yr old BLK woman and my son is in a wheelchair chair. This employee is someone I wouldn't want to run into late at night. Crosses and lynings came to mind when I think of him. A second company did arrive and opened my door in less than five minutes. That man was professional and asked if we needed water. Now that's five star service. I will contact the insurance company. Maybe this company should let it be known that it does not like providing services to all. It will not hurt my feelings. Good service is my concern. I have worked with all sorts of folks so I knowa little bit about people. I would think a tow company would have knowledge on all vehicles. This was a waste of time and a comfortable experience for me.

Terrible service. They told me three different times and changed the time of arrival twice. When they finally arrived it was a little past two hours when they were originally supposed to arrive. The tow truck driver was polite that's the only positive thing I can say about their service.
