driver was very rude he didnt have any change and got mad when i wanted to go get change so i ended up giving extra, also made my car worse while towing it
Extremely rude and unprofessional, do not trust to recommend dealing with them.
When you call they will tell you they are open, one set of hours and when you show up say they’re closed. They say 24/7 online but they’re actually only open 2 hours a day.
But of course the guy sitting there will say “well hey if you give 20 bucks i can make an expectation this one time” literally asking for bribes. Insane behavior.

My first interaction was about 2 months with a nice man & it went very well. He was there quickly & all that.
I called today & whoever the secretary lady is has a really bad attitude. She should fix that. She was very rude & her answers were very short. Due to that, I wouldn't recommend if that's the first person I have to go through to get service.
I was looking for a private property tow it's my first time calling them. I lived on this property for over a year now. They turned me away without even asking questions or without digging deeper at all. He claimed they've been called out 3-4 months before but me or the landlord have not. He was very rude hopefully he's not the owner.
Never really write reviews but Jasons customer service and how nice he was best to none. Didn’t even wait 10-25 and he was there already. Definitely deserves a raise!
I used City-Wide last year. Was very pleased with how they where able to retrieve my truck from an underground parking garage. They where the only company that was willing to get my truck out. It took two of their tow vehicles and they only charged me for a regular tow. I will always use them and recommend to anyone. I just used them again today, and same great experience. Jason the driver was professional, personable and a great asset to the company
Horrible call experience. They sounds like their at home with their TV on with kids running around. Can't even turn off the TV, their audio soundss so horrible and when you mention it's hard to hear them they hang up on you.

If the police are involved with having your car towed by this company please know!!! You will be charged 70.00 a day for storage. If you just need a simple tow home I don't have an issue with them if the price is right. But having it towed to their yard for later retrieval beware of cost.!!!!!
Called and they had fast timing an cheapest prices after calling around to other places that had ridiculous price and timing. Forgot dudes name who gave my car a towel but he was respectful towards me an my car/property. Thanks
Quick clean up of the accident I was in today once they arrived on scene. They even got out a push broom to get the debris out of the roadway. Friendly service too boot.
Citywide towing the receptionist was amazing she helped me in every aspect and everybody gets a pretty rough reviews but she's got a tough job to do she's helped me out and she didn't have to the whole company did me right I appreciate them and I'm grateful that it was them that I went to and I'm grateful that they were there for me cuz I made this a lot easier and they they helped me all the way through it thank you citywide
HORRIBLE Service!!!! I CALLED TODAY 12/1 and the dude was very rude and hung up on me and when I called him back he continued to whine about doing his job!! I told him I’ll find better service somewhere else! DO NOT RECOMMEND Pricing is not good either
Man Hung up and tow truck told us they are on the way location. They also mentioned 45 mins. We get a call to get to location, tow truck driver was not there. He tells us to call their main number and we explain what the tow driver says. He tells us he can't help us and it isn't going to work out because he only has 1 tow truck.
Very disappointed at their lack "customer service." Highly don't recommend!! Shame on them
I can’t say enough good things about this company.
Our vehicle died on I-5 in the middle of a recent rain storm. We were luckily able to pull off to the shoulder, but worried about being hit because of the poor visibility.
You guys were the first search result on Google, and answered right away. Not only were the in-town rates better than your competitors, but the service was fast and professional and arrived in less than an hour.
I even used you guys again for moving the vehicle to a repair shop, and experienced the same excellent customer service the very next day.

I have to say that young lady knew exactly what to do, and she had more experience than any towdriver I have had in the past. Very knowledgeable in her expertise. And just an all around great person. I intend, if needed, to be a repeat customer.
I had a flat. I went down the Google list of local tow trucks. The ones that answered all said it would be a 2 to 3 hour wait. Got to City Wide and they had truck to me in 30 minutes. I was back on the road in less than an hour. Deanna was my driver. She was fast, professional, and friendly. City Wide Towing should be at the top of the Google list.
The people here were super nice and full of information in regards to dealing with these type of situations. Not in the best side of town, and a lil awkward to get to.
We called to have our car towed and they were extremely rude! We called to verify to see if he was still coming and he said he called us 45 mins ago when we got no phone call of verification. He also stated he had cancelled the towing and if we wanted to argue about the services he can argue back!!!! TERRIBLE JUST TERRIBLE!

Roger got me out of a scary dangerous situation in a bad part of town. The charge was quite moderate and my insurance paid it all with ho deductible !

My wife got into an accident. Quick response and was very helpful even when we changed pick up and drop off location multiple times. Put us at ease after a tense situation. The driver was friendly and efficient. Hopefully we wont need to, but if so we will be using them again.
Long story short....
Had a service appointment to be at by 8am.
Driver showed up at 7:50am.
Blamed dispatch for not telling him.
Dispatch acted like they could give a rat's ass about my situation but did give me a 10 dollar discount even though I lost 2 hours of work that highly exceeds their discount.
Payed with my credit card.
1 day later my credit card account was compromised for over $1000.
Informed "management".
Once again, dispatch acted like they could give a rat's ass about my situation.
Never again.
