I was bringing stuff from my car inside of my brothers house and parked my car in a spot which had not belonged to anyone due to there not being anyone moved into that complex, when I came outside my car was gone. I got a ride to the tow shop where I had seen them just arriving with my car still on the tow and hadn’t been moved yet into the lot. I stopped him and he told me that he would drop it for a 150 dollar fee, mind you the distance form there to the apartments is only a 6 minute drive. He said that he only took cash and that I should leave the car at the lot so that I could talk to a manager and get 200 dollars off the bill. He lied and when I tried to use my partner a credit card he told me I couldn’t because it had to be in my name. Knowing I didn’t have a lot of options he expected me to leave it in the lot thinking I couldn’t pay for it so that the price would go up. I felt that’s he was lying so Insisted I pay the fee now. I was having anxiety and wanted my partner to come with me to pay it and he told her that she couldn’t come. She was holding on to my wallet for me and helping me get out my cards and whilst she was doing that the guy told her to give me my wallet very rudely. He was very hostile and he used everything he could to his advantage knowing that we were young. He charged me 436 dollars to get it out and mind you it wasn’t there for more than 5 minutes and hadn’t even been in the lot. The dude did not even give me an itemized receipt, and on top of that his other employee stated out loud that he gets away with a lot of stuff just because he works there. He didn’t write down or look up my insurance or anything to see if it could cover any of the fees.I had my wallet and Mac book in my car and when I asked to retrieve those items he was hesitant. These people are scams and I will be filing a report with police because they are doing illegal things in that lot to get money.

Terrible. My car was towed from an accident and when I went to retrieve my items And everything that they thought was valuable was stolen. They popped the trunk and stole everything they could get their hands on.. CROOKS
