Excellent communication and flexibility. Found the parts & provided selection options. Worked after-hours to confirm the items were reserved for pickup & waiting for me upon arrival. Staff helped me to get everything loaded & back on the road before traffic. Long drive was worth it.
***WARNING**** THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD AND WILL LIE TO YOU TO GET YOUR MONEY! Called and confirmed transmission was in stock. Ali provided a vin number, great. Ran the vin, says transmission had the amount of miles like what Ali said. Told him we were on our way to come pick it up, he said his parts puller was pulling as we speak. Drove from Sacramento, got there, paid for the transmission, he said 15 minutes cause they have to wash it before we take it home. Waited 30 minutes, went in to check on it multiple times, everytime we went in, they said 5 more minutes and that they were getting close to load it onto the forklift. They also kept saying that we don't trust there work or what. We waited 20 more minutes, they finally came out with a transmission. Loaded onto our trailer, checked the vin number and it was not the same vin number provided on the phone call. Went in to dispute, forced us to come back out and take a picture of the vin off the transmission that they brought out. After arguing about their customer service and how they treat their customers, they finally gave a refund. Wasted time and gas to come here for a shop just trying to make a few bucks with fraud. Better off being an honest seller than a crocked fraud. Do not do business here!
I called finish line auto and Ali answered, I explained that my transmission was bad in my Chevy Aveo and he helped me find a good transmission nearby and got me in contact with a mechanic that would be able to install it for me at a reasonable price. Over the phone, Ali was able to help me tremendously and for that I am grateful.
I needed a very specific part for an older Lexus. I put inquiries in to 12 places. Only two got back to me and only Finish Line came through. I was provided detailed photos to confirm my part and it was shipped fast. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Excellent service!
I had a great experience. They took the time to figure out just what I needed and I was able to pick it up that same day; he also helped a girl out by snapping the part on for me so I didn’t need to get dirty.

One of the crook place to buy parts told me over phone $150 and when I go there take cash $210 from and guaranteed part is good and part is bad and now I call them for my money back they say no we don’t refund money back and these crooks will be out of business very soon keep watching because of there crook and sold me with grantees and layer and if ecm is bad car still drive like my ecm van drive every where but still ecm bad because it’s has check engine light and it’s nothing to do with driving they have to answer all USA about there part just wait

I am fortunate to have called this place!! I needed to be helped located a cargo cover for my car. The front desk was incredibly attentive and I am so grateful for them!
I had a door to be replaced , also I wanted the brakes replaced, not only were the staff competent and courteous, they went out of there way to get the door fixed in less than 24 hrs but also check the brakes and tell me that, it only needs oiling and no replacement was required. Typically repair shops try to find fault but they are extremely honest, trustworthy and efficient.
If I can give 10 stars I will give that
I had a hard time looking for a rim, called them and they found it for me. Not only that but they added tire and came with center cap. Great quality over all. Price was also the lowest. Shipping was fast! Costumer service was great! We even communicated after business hours. I would definitely recommend and now it's my go to place for hard to find car parts.
I live in Florida and needed a master cylinder assembly for my son's 2003 Lexus. I struggled to find the part until I found it at finish line auto. Ali first sent me a picture of the part and wouldn't let me pay for it until I showed it to my mechanic to make sure it was what he needed to fix the car. Once my mechanic confirmed it was what he needed, Ali charged me a very reasonable price and shipped it to me that day. My son's brakes now work great again thanks to finish line auto. I highly recommend this company and would give them 10 stars if I could.
I called to get a quote to get a transmission and it was a good price. Called again on Saturday to confirm what time they closed and told them I was on my way to get transmission. Drove 45 minutes from Sacramento & got there 15 minutes before they closed for the man to tell me I couldn't get the transmission because it wasn't pulled out. He said it was still bolted to the engine and all his workers already left. So I basically drove out there for nothing. Just a waste of time. And that's after I called the same day I was to pick it up and specifically asked if it was ready to go. And the man was pretty rude. Not good customer service & didn't apologize for their inconvenience or misunderstanding. Very unprofessional in my opinion not worth the the money you'll think you'll save.
Great service! Got a hard to find part for my Mercedes in less than a day and installed it. Saved me a couple thousand dollars and it looks like nothing ever happened to my car. Highly recommend this place!
I needed a sensor for my 2016 Rogue. At the dealer it was over $300!!! AND not available at regular auto parts stores. I started searching online and calling salvage yards (I used to think they were just “Junk” yards) I started getting desperate, since my wife and I’s schedules are so different that sharing a single vehicle was proving to be a difficult adjustment for the both of us. It was a happy accident that I ended up calling Finish Line in Stockton, California. Monte was excellent and well-read on the problem. He promised he’d call me back after he personally held the sensor I needed in his hands. About 5-10 minutes later he gave me a call back and he charged me $50 for it and $25 to ship it. Three days later I had the part. After I installed it (thanks to YouTube university) My Rogue immediately cranked up no problem, and I saved about 75% of the cost. Thanks, Monte!
The guys here helped me find an impossible-to-find part and saved me ALOT of time and money. The location is slightly secluded behind the church and auto sales but their shop is clean and up-to-date. I'll definitely be coming back here. Highly recommended. Ask for Monte.
I went there Tuesday to pickup a part advertised on the web site for $50. When I arrived, the CC Machine was "not working" so I had to use cash. The price suddenly became $80! I walked out!
Checked online it says they have the part. I even called to make sure and he said yeah come through we got. When I went there they straight up said No. They don't have the part. Wasted my time.
