DAN is the greatest guy. He always helps me find my parts and every time I get them they’re always perfect and clean and they’re so fast at getting them to you. I’ve never had a problem with anything I’ve ever gotten from them, including a complete motor for a jaguar thank you for everything and I hope that everybody comes there to get their parts to keep you in business I don’t know what I’d do without you.
Wow! This place is Heaven. They know there stuff and they have everything. They bought a non running Jaguar from me paid far price. I got a tour of facility and it was very organized.

I was not able to get what I needed through Jag Heaven, but they were very kind and gave me the information for a few other companies. I was able to find my part through one of them. I will definitely be back to Jaguar Heaven when looking for other parts.
If you’re looking for a deal try eBay maybe you may get the right part you want .if you guaranteed write parts from a knowledgeable staff then this is the place at ok prices.$$$$$$$$$$

Very dishonest poor customer service I have ever experienced Liars and tried to charge me six times the cost for a electric switch telling me it was not able to be purchased due to availability but they could sell me a used one ?after never receiving my part and being talked to buy a a****** I found the part at my local auto parts for $14 instead of 83 for a roof switch which they swore up and down was not available ...
and you could not use the window switches for the convertible top when I have been doing that for the last 6 weeks . Their employees will never learn they never shut up just bullshittin the customer to make the sell .. big-time greedy . finally got my refund and will never use them again after over 15 years of trusting them and Dan? Whoever he has working there today I will never trust them again and never go to them again ... Run for the hills do your research check your local parts stores there are still parts to be found much cheaper than the greed that you're see here... Jaguar heaven today it's not the same that it's been for the last 15 years.. sorry Dan your employees an a******

Could not/ would not sell me the parts I need to get my car finished, called them several times every time the old guy at the counter said I'll call you right back, last time he said he didn't know what to charge me so he wont sell me the parts, place is a joke they act like they dont want your money, needed supercharger and intercoolers from a 1999 jaguar, he said he had them, just wont sell them to me, go to a real junkyard unless you really need something these guys have
I have always wanted to go see the yard and it finally happened.Being in the Stockton area I visited the yard.The staff there were just awesome, Made me feel comfortable right.away and were eager to assit.I have never seen so many Jags in my life.I was given a tour of the place, and was amazed at the inventory.If you are needing parts for your Jag.thats where you want to call or go.I left there very impressed. Many thumbs up! Great job keep it up!
They are, simply, terrific. 1993 Jaguar xjs convertible, needed convertible top module, incredibly scarce item, got it in 2 days. Can't do better, highly recommended.

Yes, they have hard-to-find parts & their system is organized neatly with all Jaguar original part numbers, but oh my god are they expensive! I'd recommend checking eBay first if possible because this retailer's prices are absolutely ludicrous. A couple of quick examples: needed a seatbelt buckle for 95 Jag Vanden Plas. Cost for JH to ship: $207.50; cost on eBay $65 shipped. Also needed the front seat mounting bolts; not available on eBay, so I had to buy from JH. Cost of 4 bolts shipped: $27.50!!! Wow.
