Trash service. They hang up mid-call, talk like they're doing you a favor, and treat customers with zero respect. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being disrespected.
I don’t usually give negative reviews, but I am extremely disappointed. I called in and asked about a part and was told they have it. I drove from an hour away. They took my payment and made me wait for 1 hour before telling me they don’t have it and will have to refund me. I didn’t even get an apology. Wasted my time and (gas) money.
Front counter lady kind of rude gentleman on other counter tryed to find the part I was looking for . But every body had a negative attitude, smile doesn't cost anything. And they will gain a lot
I recently bought a tail light for my car because mine was cracked down the middle and the lady Angie checked to see if they had any in stock which they had 2 left and she gave me a good deal for the light. I checked a few places in Stockton that had the light and they were pretty pricey. The mechanics were also kind enough to polish the light for me and it looks brand new now! The picture on the left is when I was watching the mechanic on how to take the light off and the picture on the right is after I put the light on my car, they also let me keep the screws and light bulbs for the tail light for free, I’ll definitely be coming back if I need anything for my Altima.
The owner Simon was really helpful they gave me a rim along with the wheel for cheap when it was in almost new condition! They had taken me to the yard to go look at some BMW’s but they also have a bunch of car brands too like Mercedes, Nissan and Honda. I’ll definitely come back if I need more for BMW

I've been in auto recycling for 15 years now, Finding a decent sales person in this industry is a hard task... I Had a incredibly smooth and pleasant transaction on a door I needed for a family member. Angie has good follow through and got me taken care of.
I went to this place two diff times, once for a radiator for a Hyundai Elantra they told me 150$ but they didn’t have change so out of 160$ they gave me back 6$. Which still isn’t that bad but the part that got me is he aos had “taxes” on the part and I should’ve been paying 175 he said this after he knew he didn’t have change pretty janky to me. Went back a 2nd time for a strut over the phone he said 25$ when I get there he then says 75 I said no and was going to walk out so he said 50$ And I bought it which was still ridiculous. Make sure you double check the price because when you get there the owner will try to charge you more than what was said over the phone. He will blame it on his assistant also saying “ I don’t know why she said this” .
The best shop for car parts in stockton. Find everything I want. Staff is so polite specially at the first counter Abby. She got in seconds what i want and helped a lot. Appriciated!
Let me start by saying I work for a dismantling company myself …. Worst experience ever here take your business elsewhere you’ve been warned I honestly don’t know how there still in business treating their customers like this … so I bought the same part 2X because it was broke the first time and second time , I come back after paying labor 2x because their broken parts and they don’t want to refund when I bought it just the other day why would I want store credit that they offered ? When I already bought the part at a reputable business because I couldn’t count on their parts now end result is they only want too give me half of my money back for a restocking fee for a broken part ??? Garbage business please share my experience.
I was assisted by Adam. I asked him for some pictures of the headlight. He was very helpful and sent me the whole bunch. I appreciate it. They had the lowest price out of all the other places for the headlight and on top of that he gave me a free shipping which was very fast. He packaged it very well too. I received it the next day. I recommend this place. They definitely take care of their customers. Keep up the great work!!!
Thorough (A+) customer support! Purchased a pair of Xenon headlights for my BMW and there was a small problem thanks to FedEx. Regardless, Stockton's managers took ownership of the problem, located better than condition units compared to the original shipped headlight. Provided pictures and waited for my approval to ship the new replacements and the problem was solved.
FYI, I reside in the Midwest and they are in California. They treated me like I lived twenty miles from Stockton. I would buy again from Stockton Auto Dismantlers. The headlights are perfect and exactly what I expected per the photos.
Sent me $800 of defective parts. Refuse to issue warranty replacement despite the part being defective being their fault in the first place. The owner DAVID is a true-Blue jerk that will dodge calls and won’t treat customers with respect or dignity. $800 is a lot to lose on a crummy shop with No standards.
Called and asked about a range rover hood. Was told there were no scratches on it. So I drove two hours to get to this dump of a junk yard just to find out the hood I wanted was scratched up worse than mine was. Besides that the owner is not friendly at all. Not even am apology about the mix up...nothing. My time is worth something too. Before sending someone from two hours away for a body part how about you verify with the customer the condition instead of training all of your employees to just tell the customer what they want to hear! As if we won't find out and see for ourselves! If your time is valuable, buyer beware and request pictures before going out of your way to visit the greedy, rude, funny looking old man that runs this place.
This dismantler is legit. They provided an engine I needed for my vehicle and even installed it for a very low price . Ali is a man of integrity and knows what he’s doing . Good experience with these guys don’t let previous reviews turn you away there’s legit and willing to work with you.trustworthy highly recommend them !!!

Was told two parts were available over the phone. When I arrived to pick them up I was told to wait for them to pull the parts. Waited an hour and a half only to be told the cylinder head I needed had bent valves and they had already sold the other part I needed despite telling me when I got there that they had it and just needed time to pull it from the car. I left empty handed and frustrated. Next day the owner Dave called me to try and sell me another head that he thought was probably good (I doubt it). While I appreciate the call back his apology was fake and full of excuses he didn't offer any discount on the new head and ultimately ended up cursing at me. Pretty shady business. Would not recommend unless you like wasting your time for suspect parts or parts that don't exist in their inventory. Very incompetent group from what I can tell.
Called to verify stock of two parts, one via part number which they confirmed they had in stock and the other via description. Was told both were available. ( This was over multiple conversations, going back and forth to confirm exact parts). Showed up and found item confirmed via part number was not the correct part number. Item via description was broken. Waste of time.
we bough a bumper prepay, give credit card. Bumper was broken returned guy name Dave was so rude when we returned, if you buy a product you spected to be in good condition, they have a deliver charge of $50.00 dollars + the product. We were charge $500.00 we pay the delivered charge of $50.00 dollars when they delivered the bumper to the person that delivered. They returned on the credit only$337.50 only that a rip off .
Purchased a transmission for my 2008 BMW 535i ! Great customer service , all my questions were answered thoroughly ! The Transmission was ready (no empty promises) and delivered quick .
