Beyond excellent service from my driver, Joey. Picked me up off the highway exit and drove me quickly and safely to my destination. Good conversationalist too. Couldn’t recommend enough if you’re in a pinch!
Called them at 2:22 pm, the lady said a tow truck would be there in a bit. At 3:14 I called back asking for an ETA, she said driver was 15min away called back at 3:45, and got put on hold. Tow truck showed up around 4pm. Waited for over an hour and a half. This company is not reliable at all. Please be honest with your future customers. Would've given 1 star but the price was decent.
Had a great experience with this company! They were here in under an hour from my first call and ended up replacing our tire with a spare instead of towing to the tire store which helped save us some money!
Horrible customer service do not use them save yourself the hassle. They book 3rd party trucks.
I called at 1115. Was told the truck was a few blocks away doing a jump and would be here in less than 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I called to find out location and time and was told he was 35 minutes away doing a tow. Another 30 minutes I get a call from driver saying he was 35 minutes away but headed over now. I let him Know the original time was well over an hour ago and asked what happened. He explained when I was booked he told the call center he was 75+ minutes out. I called service again they put me directly to hold. Where I waited 10 minutes with no answer.. called back again with blocked number and they answered straight away.
Then used the excuse the first truck broke down. After nearly 2 hours of waiting the very friendly city wide tow man came and helped me out.
Do not do buisness with the call center try and call elsewhere first.
AT 4 PM TODAY I GOT STRANDED AT MY KIDS SCHOOL, THEY TOLD ME IT WILL BE 45 MIN FOR MY CAR TO GET TOWED, ITS NOW 9:09 PM THE GENTLEMAN TELLS ME HES COMING FROM SAN JOSE, THEN LATER I GET A CALL AND THE LADY TELLS ME HE'S COMING FROM OAKLAND, AND HE WILL BE ARRIVING TO MY CAR LOCATION AT 9:45 PM- 10:00 PM VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! AND THEY CHARGED ME BEFORE I EVEN GOT SERVICE! I SHOULD OF WENT WITH AAA BUT THIS TOWING COMPANY TOOK MONEY FROM MY CARD! AND CHARGE FOR CANCELATION
The tow was fast and professional. I put them in my contacts because I want to do more business with these guys. The tech got me dispatched right away and the driver named Eddie, handled my El Camino with care.

Fast and Great Service. Called 10-4 for a tow and they didn’t take long to get to me within 30min. One of the driver, Oscar, came to tow my car. He was friendly and a quick worker, he had my car on the tow truck with 10 min. A++ for 10-4 Tow of Stockton. Will recommend this towing service to anyone.
Made an appointment a day before . Gave em all my card information and everything but thn nobody shows up the next day . Didn’t get call me or anything. Plus people on the phone kept hanging up for no reason.
Martin Carbajal is amazing! Two other towing companies were unable to get my car out of a tight subterranean parking garage. Martin has exceptional spatial” IQ.
I called to get a ruff estimate and they flat out refused. The only thing I didn't have was the house number of where I was picking up the car. Had the street, year, make, model and the delivery address. I even told her I will go through someone else and she said ok and hung up. I dont know about their tow quality and quickness. This is a review of the company's customer service

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED A TOW. THEY DON'T FOLLOW THROUGH!! IF ZERO STARS WERE POSSIBLE I WOULD GIVE THEM LESS THAN THAT.
I called the company at 1:02 m. I was told that they needed to have a credit card on file in order to process my call. I understand needing to protect your business against losses. No big deal. I call my wife and have her send me my credit card number. I then call back at 1:06 to finish my call order. I let them know that I was on 99 Southbound in Stockton just south of the Mariposa Rd exit. At this point it's about 92 degrees out.
She processes everything and tells me the "technician" will be there in about 45 minutes. Everything is good so I hang up and start to wait. I wait and I wait. I wait until 2:19 to call them back. They ask me to hold while they "call the technician". No problem. They come back on the line and tell me that it will be another 10-15 minutes because the "technician" was held up on his last call. Again no big deal. I understand that things happen when you are in a service industry. I wait until 2:52 to call them back. Again they tell me it will be another 7 minutes after they "call the technician again". Keep in mind that if I cancel the call they will charge me $50 for cancelling, so I figure I'll keep waiting. I wait until 3:26 to call back. It is now about 104 degrees outside on June 10th. They again "call the technician" and tell me that he will call me in the next 2-3 minutes. I then call them back AGAIN at 3:46. At this point I get put on hold for about 10 minutes. They come back on and tell me that their "technician" is no longer able to help me due to his truck over heating! I made sure that I wasn't going to be charged the $50 and hung up!! I called AAA and they show up in 30 minutes. I paid a non member fee, but at least they did what they said they were going to do. So to top it all off, 5 minutes before AAA shows up the "technician" calls to let me know that he can't find me. They never even put in the correct location that I was waiting, much less letting their driver know that the call had been cancelled.
