Been coming here for years for batteries, have never had a problem. Just came in today and received excellent customer service, purchased a new battery for 50% less than Autozone was selling their batteries, and they even installed the battery for me! They offered me a cold water on my way out. Very happy, thank you so much!
Bad service!! This place always closed and when the store is open they have to close the store cause they have to take lunch at 3:30 pm !!!! Lol and the store close at 5 pm.!!!

Great place very nice and respectful. My alternator was way too expensive at the typical auto parts store. So I went here and they rebuilt it for me for only $70 and it worked like it was new. Thanks
Scam place will sell you a old battery say it's new just to get your money when you try to exchange it they blame it on you and refuse to give back your old battery.

I have bought a few used batteries here with no issues. But for the cheap price I do believe the bad reviews. Anytime you buy refurbished batteries it is a crapshoot, but in the long run it i worth it to me. If you get 1 bad one out of 5, it is still so much cheaper than a bran new one.
Don't waist your money or time one month warranty an I've all ready Ben back 5 times they tried saying it was my car but it's just their dirty old battery s they got there 2 out of 5 have Ben leaking battery acid please join me in saying f this place big waist of time an mony better off going to Walmart or any were els rilly
Got a used tire here and took it home realized there was a slice in the side tread and went back. No hassle what so ever and I was out the door again with a different tire in 5 minutes. Very helpful to a stressful day.
Customer service begins with language vocally as well as body language. I have been going to this little alley gem for 3+yrs? Find this place between Grant and Stanislaus on MLKjr blvd in the alley on the south side of the blvd. Starters, Alternators, and batteries. The folks you find here are knowledgeable without a hint of condensation, like that big box store across Charter Way.
I have an 08 Maxima, and as they do not carry my specific alternator, they are partnered with a local shop that will have your's rebuilt in 3 short hours. I had mine done today and frankly it appears to be brand new out of the box slightly over $100. Saving me nearly $200 fr the big box stores.

They didn't have the option to give zero stars but they deserve -5. I've came to this store a few different times hoping they'd change their service, but no. 4 visits, all 4 times they sent me home with a dead battery and wouldn't exchange it. I've had my car sitting for 6 months now, it could have been running but probably has different problems arising from being parked. Idk why you cant exchange a faulty battery you sold to me. What is worse is that I trustedbit to change on the 4th time but nope. Also they lie about being open on weekends. If you cared about your business wouldn't you want to advertise yourself well? This service actually fits the company's location though. Ran down in a dirt alley way
After the battery I bought from this place had a bad cell, I was happy Gladys told me to to come back for another batter. When I arrived Gladys was not there and the worker had an attitude. He literally said "this is too hard, its too hot". Then turned to a customer and asked for help removing the baterry they put in. I was in shock. I ended up leaving with the replacement battery in my trunk since it was "too hard" for the employee...wow
I've Always had Purchased of Batteries, so naturally I was Surprised and caught off guard when we purchased a used battery for Our daughters car. Both were horrible! The second battery almost made her stop on the freeway when she was traveling to work. They attempted to to place blame on her car, but Our mechanic provided us with a thumbs up with her car. The problem was the used battery, no good. Finally on the third visit we her Dad and I bought her a new battery and that was three days ago with a one year warranty. Thus far, no issues.
