The dispatch will pi*s you off , but the driver's will do a great job . Dispatch needs to give accurate times of arrival . I was told 1-1.5 hrs for arrival. I called 4 times for updates , they kept saying "he's almost there" . He was coming from the bay area to drop a car in lodi before coming to stkn . Anyone who's driven back from San Jose knows its NEVER 1-1.5 hrs back. Dispatch ... Do better . My driver was awesome.
Not only did I not get a receipt for the $100.00 I spent for my car door to be unlocked even tho I was told I would receive it in a text.i called 3 times after he opened the door. (I need it for my insurance company to reimburse me) .it's not to much to ask... I feel they riped me off for my money I have full coverage...what's the problem with giving me one...must not be on the up and up.. I would never recommend calling these people for anything...rude rude people they just made the whole thing really bad ....as if being lock out of my car wasn't bad enough...now how to I get my hard earned money back ....never call these cons for anything.....I hated it I hope someone dose them the same way
