Visiting some family here in California and got into a minor fender bender. Unlucky 4 me but oh well. We are thankful we got towed back to our families before it got dark.

I called at 639am seeing if I could get my car towed to a shop for 730. The reception said they could do 8am, which worked for me. The city is working outside my home, and I needed an early appt before they blocked the road at 9am. I had to call again at 809am to make sure the driver was on their way. They told me it'd be 15min longer of a wait. Then it hit 840am and I called again. Was told driver would be 5min longer. Then at 855 the driver calls to say it'll be another 15min. I cancelled the tow at this point. I tried calling back to make sure I would not get charged, but my calls kept getting sent directly to a driver.
Towing Stockton has some of the best service I’ve experienced thus far in regard to towing. The driver arrived sooner than expected, communicated clearly, and made sure my car was handled safely. They made what could’ve been a stressful night much easier. Reliable, respectful, and reasonably priced — excellent all around.

Not only did I not get a receipt for the $100.00 I spent for my car door to be unlocked even tho I was told I would receive it in a text.i called 3 times after he opened the door. (I need it for my insurance company to reimburse me) .it's not to much to ask... I feel they riped me off for my money I have full coverage...what's the problem with giving me one...must not be on the up and up.. I would never recommend calling these people for anything...rude rude people they just made the whole thing really bad ....as if being lock out of my car wasn't bad enough...now how to I get my hard earned money back ....never call these cons for anything.....I hated it I hope someone dose them the same way
You will be told the driver will be at your location at certain time and they will be late because this company makes you pay them ahead of time so they get paid before even doing any service which is why they lag on being timely on getting to you. I got told 30 minutes and im around the corner from them and it took more like 2 1/2 hours before they arrived.
Tow driver showed up two hours later from the time I called for the tow, in which the phone operator told me 45 minutes and it gets better and then he gets an call and takes off to another tow. Called this towing company again and she said another tow driver has been dispatched. That would another 30 minutes stay tune for more surprises. From 10-4 towing
Quick response, I did not have to wait long to be picked up (about 20 mins) and the rate was fair. The driver was very professional. Overall exceptional service. Would definitely use them again if needed.
This company is great after been waiting for hours on the freeway my insurance company couldn't find any company did Kim fast driver came in 20 minutes was polite friendly and nice highly recommended thank you very much
Those guys absolutely amazing I lock my keys inside the car came in 20 minutes the guy did amazing job and I went back on the road highly recommended I will definitely use the number to use them again if I needed
So I call and ask if they can change my flat tire. I’m on the side of the freeway at 820pm with two little kids. I say what type of vehicle and that I have NO tools. No problem they say. Guy shows up and asks me where the tools are to change out my Nissan lug nuts. Without that he can’t help me. So instead of waiting for someone else to show up who probably won’t listen to what I’m saying either, I have him tow me for more than I had originally been quoted and the truck reeks of cigarettes that me and my family is riding in. Ugh.
Fast and friendly service. They were able to tow my car from a parking garage with low ceilings when another tow company could not. Would use this tow company again.
