I got my hard to find bmw parts with this shop and Alexis made the process alot easier. Ill message him the parts that i need and by the time i get there its already waiting for me..dirt cheap too. I even replaced my interior panels which i didnt plan for lol!
I needed the entire interior what was left on a 1992 Camaro RS interior and the provided everything exactly as described, that was agreed upon over the phone. I drove all the way from Sacramento. When I arrived, Cassi was very pleasant, and they allowed me to go look at the car before pulling everything. It was a great deal $600 for everything. I really appreciate the honesty and being so pleasant. I hope Moctezuma's stays in business!
Really great service! They have good parts for good prices! Really recommend buying! Good customer service, the girls in the front desk always willing to help to find good parts and always communicate!
SCAM ALERT.
I drove all the way from Sacramento based on a confirmed deal price, availability, everything. When I got there, it was all lies. The product "wasn’t available," the price "was never that low," and the manager acted like she’d never heard of basic honesty in her life. Cold, arrogant, and shameless.
Afterwards, I checked the reviews turns out this isn’t a one-time thing. It’s how they operate. They bait people with fake offers and then change the deal once you’re there. Classic scammer tactics.
If you're reading this do yourself a favor and stay far away from these crooks. They’ll waste your time, gas, money, and patience. Total disgrace of a business.
I made a long trip from Sacramento based on a clear agreement over the phone. They confirmed the product and price. But when I arrived, the manager looked at me like I was crazy and claimed I "misunderstood everything." No apology. No responsibility. Just a stone-cold face and a higher price. This wasn’t a misunderstanding it was a classic bait-and-switch. Complete waste of time, money, and trust. If this is how they do business, I strongly advise others to stay far away.

Horrible business practices and utterly despicable customer service. The clerk on the phone was extremely rude and arrogant and unwilling to help lookup the part. Then hung up the phone abruptly and refused to answer the phone again. Went into the business and the same clerk refused service for no reason. I recommend steering clear of this business.
Called this place for a fender, I was told they had two… one with damage and a clean one, we agreed on the undamaged one, drove an hour and 45min to find out both fenders where damaged. Waste of time and money
Great way of doing business lying
Was quoted a price over the phone for a part, drove from the bay area to get it, Cassandra and Leslie then scammed me when I got there and charged me extra upon arrival, I paid if because it was an hour and half drive. Then they tried calling me a liar, I have no reason to lie, I am an honest business man. Make sure if you get a price over the phone, they send you some sort of proof before wasting your time.
Absolute worst place to go for parts! Parts are overpriced and they are pretty good at lying. Once you get there, they will try to rip you off every single time.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND MOCTEZUMAS AS A BODY SHOP. He tries to do body work as well as being a dismantler. He will rob you for your money and mess up your cars like he did mine. I took my car to this thief to get some body work done to the driver door and front left fender. The work was horrible my door is unaligned and hits the passenger door when I open it. Not only that, I DROVE my car to his shop to get body work done and when he returned the car to me the car didn’t even want to start after fixing a door and fender which I never heard happen before. the car never had any starting problems so I don’t know what these unprofessional guys where doing.i had to pay full price on what he quoted me no discount even after the horrible job he did. I also had to get the car towed under my expense and have to fix the car now under my expense to get it started again. This so called body shop will take any job just to get the money and get over on good, loyal customers. I REPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS SO CALLED BODY SHOP THEY HAVE GOING IN THE BACK.
