I had a timing belt tensioner come off while I was driving and needed a tow. Fixit Towing and Road Service sent Vito to help me out. This man knows what he is doing and is very professional. I had the great pleasure of dealing with a gentleman named Vito. I couldn’t say enough good things words can’t describe how this company helped me. I was on a time crunch and they delivered when I say I called them after I called the California Highway Patrol and they showed up before highway patrol. They had me back on the road before higher patrol but got cold from actually getting out of his car . Vito you truly are a miracle worker

ABOUT 3.30a.m. my emergency tirer indicator came on ... on my 2011 Mercedes indicating back right passenger tires was flat!! I immediately was able to get off the freeway first exist in Manteca where there is an AM/PM on Creekwood.. I called AAA AND USAA SERVICES THEY ALL WERE 90 MINUTES OUT... was not happy about that at ALL.. I IMMEDIATELY GOOGLE TO SEE MY OTHER OPTIONS.. FIRST POPPED UP WAS FIXIT TOWING & RECOVERY... I ASKED HOW LONG BEFORE ARRIVAL.. FIXIT TOLD ME 15 MINS TO 30 MINUTES...COST $120.00. IN 20 MINUTES MR. VETO OF FIXIT TOWING WAS THERE!
He was so professional, kind and considerate.. he immediately extracted back tire off my Mercedes [he knew exactly what he was doing
. INSIDE OF TIRE TREAD WAS GONE] upon taking my donut out of car..IT WAS FLAT.. UNBELIEVABLE .. HE IMMEDIATELY FILLED IT UP WITH AIR AND MADE SURE IT WAS IN BALANCE FOR ME TO DRIVE SAFELY !!! IN MY OPINION ALTHOUGH AAA AND USAA ARE FREE MY TIME IS VALUEABLE AND I WAS NOT READY TO WAIT ALMOST 2 HRS FOR A TIRE FIX..THAT IS JUST RIDICULOUS!! I WAS GLAD TO PAY THE $120.00 DOLLARS FOR THE 20 MINUTES TIMELINESS, PROFESSIONALISM, CARING AND SINCERELY KINDLYNESS THAT I RECEIVED.. IT WAS SO WORTH IT... Vito helped tow my car. He was very personable. I was stressed out about my car, but he helped me out and reassured me. He even called to confirm that he successfully dropped off my car at the shop.
I highly recommend the fixit towing when you need a towing service. I used them for the first time today. I received excellent customer service from the phone call requesting the tow all the way up until the tow was complete. Vito was on time his truck was clean he was very professional. He took his time with placing my vehicle into the location I requested. It's usually not a good thing when you need to have a vehicle towed, but when you do call Fixit.

I was stuck on the side of the road one night with my 3 kids and they came so fast I couldn't believe it. They said it would take over an hour but I swear it seems like he was there in about 30 minutes. Got me and my family back home safely and at the same time he was so polite he helped me find a place to get my car fixed and I was back on the road the very next day. By far the best experience I've ever had.

The guy said they don't usually jump start motorcycles. But he came out anyway very quickly. Fortunately the bike started before he got there. I waited for him to arrive which was 1 minute after the bike started. But he was the only one in the area that would come out. So i tipped him 20 for his time and his fast arrival time.
