Very happy with the service here. I've used them a few times and have always gotten the best price and also got the parts I needed in good working condition. That is a plus for me especially since I have dealt with dismantlers giving me parts that damaged or defective. The staff here are always nice and very helpful. If they don't have the part I need, they go out of there way to find me someone that does.
Called inquiring about a door the guy said they had it and when I went they couldn’t find the car , just wasted my time , why say you have it if you don’t and make people waste time and gas
I drove all the way from Oregon to buy a used engine for my AMG Mercedes. I talked with Julio and he gave me a great deal. When I arrived Julio and his staff helped lift the engine into my vehicle. After some hard work of installing the engine in my car , I’m on the road again .. thanks guys
Very rude! Avoid! I called inquiring about a part and they quoted me almost 3x what pick n pull sells it for. So I asked if he would be willing to go any lower. His response was "No. But I can charge you more if you want." What an immature, unprofessional attitude! I'll gladly pay more ELSEWHERE to avoid helping keep this place in business.
Told me they'd pay $450 for my car, when arrived and received the check it was only $400
I drove 1 hr and a half to their location , where on the website and Facebook said open Saturday 10-4pm arrived at 3:25 they were closed
Bought a car hood, fast experience, we were in and out, parts as described, even threw in the hinges and bolts... and gave me some bolts for a project that they didn't need! Will definitely go back when I need more parts
If i could i will give them a minus 5 i went there to get a door handle and the want for 50 bucks for it i told him i can get 2 for 30 on ebay and he said your are crazy i went to autozone and got one for 25 better then that one they have overpriced dont waste your time with this guys
They were helpful and friendly to deal with. They had the part I needed and even found someone to install the part for me. I felt I had been very well taken care of and paid 1/3 the price if I had purchased the part new. Very pleased with their business and assistance.
Never get engines here. I bought a motor that i was told multiple times was a good motor. They had pretty much no information on the motor, couldnt even tell me the mileage but claimed it was good. I took their word for it because it's their job. After spending x amount of hours installing it, i found out when trying to start the car it was far from good. On The first crank, it blew the radiator hose off and was mixing fluids together. after bringing it back, he had the balls to tell me i should of checked it first. (Which is his job.) So basically if you buy a engine from then. Consider yourself the tester because if it doesnt work because they dont check them (claimed they did a compression test but there is no way it would of passed) ur out time and money.
They guys town my car and they resale with my licenses place on and my registration car to i guess because after one year I get a traffic ticket on my mail box from that car if someone have a idea what I can do , please let me know because I don't want pay 200 ticket maybe i can take to the court this guys ?
Is a wrecking yard nothing else all u"ll see is related to cars and a lot of used parts the people who work there knows what they are doing but is not a mechanic shop
Worst experience I have ever had shopping, I called asked for a specific engine I got told they had it , and would deliver the engine for an extra 50 bucks but when the engine got delivered it was a totally different engine, I felt scammed. On top of that these people kept 50 dollars and didn’t refund me my entire money, DONT YOU ever buy here. Unprofessional I’m on the thin line about to sue this place.
The guy Akbod..... Complete liar and a fatmouth. Wouldn't work with me because I didn't have a credit card at the time. 5 days later..... finally ordered part on eBay
