Very rude lady at front desk. I called to get info on hours and was told they’re open until 5pm but they close the gates at 4:55pm. 5pm is already super early to close and to know they close things earlier than described just makes it a bigger inconvenience. You’ll need to take time off work and hope someone is around to help. And they know this. So each day is just adding more money for them.

Naver ever come this please trust me if u have a-lot dollars $ then ok but please try to avoid this location be carefully thanks

So I understand that they have to be careful about who they hand vehicles back too …… HOWEVER it is very convenient that the more difficult it is to retrieve your vehicle the more outrageous the storage fee is. I recently crashed my motorcycle about 1.5 miles away from their yard. $350 for the tow truck $75/ day to store and it starts in the day of the tow!!! Then my adult Son ( with license showing the same last name) and Father n law drive over an hour with the bike trailer to get my bike out while I am in the ER with broken ribs & collarbone. I had called from the accident so they left right away to get the bike. They had my title to the bike & my license with a letter stating I could FaceTime or zoom with them and or use Docusign to release the bike as I am hurt pretty badly and hospitalized. NOPE!! had to wait until I was home, get a Notarized letter ($100) for them to go back to get my bike. I’m sorry but with today’s technology and such a clearly defined ownership/family situation they Should have been better neighbors and been reasonable!! All we hear is “SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS “ & “BUY/SHOP LOCALLY “ It goes both ways!!!! They 100% knew my situation and couldn’t care less. Idk how they did on the tow itself as I was too busy getting put into an ambulance so I can’t comment on the professionalism of that. Very disappointed and would not give them any local business loyalty until I heard they had started giving it back to the community. Just my opinion and if you read my reviews I try not to leave negative ones. This whole transaction left me very disappointed.

I had my RV towed there. They charged double per night than what was posted on the wall. They didn't want to release my RV because they said I needed a Class A Drivers License to Drive a Class A RV. I told them in the state of California. I do NOT need a Class A license to drive the RV because it's under 26,000 lbs. I googled it for them but it wasn't good enough. The woman behind the counter did make some calls and sent a few emails to find this information. Apparently she couldn't take Googles word for it. After a while she talked with someone on the phone and they decided to release my RV. Ever since I had a smart phone, 20 plus years now. Whenever someone tells me something and I'm not sure if they are correct. I Google it. I always do my due diligence on everything. Only when I'm satisfied that I found exactly what I'm looking for do I except what I just read as being truth. Sometimes I was right and sometimes I wasn't right but in the end I always get it right. I dont know why everyone doesn't Google what they are not sure of or what they don't know. My question is, how many people lost their RV or had to pat extra storage while they got a Class A non commercial Divers License. That really bothers me. How many people lost thier RV and maybe everything they own. In the end she was really nice the entire time. My low rating is because they didn't know I could drive my RV with a regular license and the possibility others have lost their RV because they didn't know. What's going to happen when the next guy goes to get his impounded RV without a Class A License. Are they just going to give it to him or make him jump through hoops .

My car got towed here and i came to release my car to insurance and unfortunately had to face the worst customer service and unhelpful and unwelcoming service I wouldn't recommend anyone for this towing company

Didn't care about my car messed it up real bad driver didn't care about my car

Had to get my jeep towed ,driver was very professional and had a spotless tow truck .He had a clean and professional appearance .Unlike some companies who's drivers show up looking like they just rolled off spark bench .I highly recommend them .Thanks for getting my duaghters jeep back home safe and secure.

They are an amazing group of guys that get the work done in a timely manner. If something comes up they call the customer and let them know before making any decisions. Camren is an amazing tow operator and one of the smartest in the industry. I have a lot of respect for these guys

Motorhome took a bunch of rocks to the undercarriage, popped radiator, and the lights on our way to Burning Man. Another shop recommended these guys and we have been here for 35 minutes and they are Hands-On and almost finished fixing everything already. The owner and a big crew are here and working like a NASCAR pit Squad. Probably the best service I've ever had from a mechanic shop, highly recommended.

Totally dishonest The tow truck driver left our disabled car, 3 feet from the curb do not use the service ! We asked the driver to move the car 18 inches So we would not be ticketed - they would not do it They told us to call another company I guess customer service is not part of their company services

Labor's a little bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Did an excellent job of diagnosing my problem and getting it fixed. It did take more time than I thought it would. And I was sitting on the load that was already late. These guys were so considerate and kind they actually came up to me and asked me since they have a tractor, did I want them to hook up to my trailer and take it with me to be delivered only four miles away at no charge. I was really amazed at this level of customer service. This right here showed just how much they cared about their customers. On the same day in question they went ahead and also bought me my lunch. Since repairs have been completed I have not had any problems These guys are awesome and whenever I'm in town I will be using these guys from now on. Thank you Bud and the rest of your gang for helping me and providing the unparalleled customer assistance I usually never expect from anybody.

Did not communicate every time there was a price increase. TERRIBLE customer service. sent a “FINAL” invoice then day of pick up its more money. 0/10.

The initial responder to my call was a problem. The man has a 'thick' mid-eastern accent and it became very hard to communicate. I'm older and wear hearing aids. The driver was sent to a parking lot which, luckily, was in view of my vehicle. By that time I was in communication with the tow driver. Response time by the tow was good. The driver was friendly.

Another "tow" place that is making it so hard on anybody that isn't rich to get their towed car back. My truck was predatory towed by these creeps.. Now the fees to get it back are ridiculous and my belonging that were inside are mostly stolen and gone. This place deserves no stars.

My vehicle was impounded for a traffic situation. On the last day of 30, I was able to secure a power attorney to access the vehicle and retrieve my property. Pretty much everything I have as far as my clothing professional and casual, my jewelry, shoes, boots and my beloved converse as well as my Samsung Note were in that car. I have been homeless since August since my boat has been receiving repairs. It was no one's fault except my own that the car was towed. Several friends said that I could kiss my property goodby. They always steal your stuff is what several.people said. I just wanted to say that I was treated with respect in a timely and efficient manner by the employees at J & E Truck Services & Tow, and am very very happy to say that ALL of my property was in intact and accounted for! So I say thank you. I have enough on my plate at the moment and it made my bad situation a little less stressful.

We here at Grand Carriers have used J&E a few times and not only do they get the job done ASAP, they don’t rip you off like most truck service people. But best of all is the customer service you’ll experience... and that is dying in our industry.

This is a review based on my experience with one of the drivers named Jim, I had my car break down doing a cross-country trip from Canada to California. Roadside assistance helped me out, called me a flat-bed truck which was operated by a fellow named Jim. Super friendly guy, took care of my vehicle, offered some friendly advice for the area, great sense of humor. One of the best tow operators out there. From what I've encountered, most operators are wreck less drivers. Jim obeyed the fwy laws which was awesome. Felt safe during my hour trip to my dealership. Thanks Jim.

1 star only because I had to leave something to comment. My son's car got towed shortly after dropping me off Friday night. All the $ I had was left in the console, $560 to be exact, and it mysteriously disappeared! When I called to get answers, I was told the CHP officer that took inventory of the vehicle might have taken it and suggested that I file a police report. I might consider it if I hadn't heard of similar things like this happening with them before. You need a tow? Call ANYONE but J & E Towing!

They got my air leak taken care of but did not have the parts they needed in stock. They ordered one part thinking it was all they would need. After the part was delivered they realized they needed another one as well. They were quick about performing the work on the truck but I wish they had ordered both parts from the get-go to save some time.

Small,but useful for the designated trucker and Owner Operator.Location features a Currency Exchange/Ace Express type service with standard business hours,Scales,minor repair shop,truck wash service and pay-parking.The downside is this facility's parking lot is very limited.

Worst place ever, i came to get a hose o ring seal replace on my power steering, the guy broke my oil reservoir, i had to paid for his mistake! And then he installed the same old hose clamps! I leaved from the shop and a mile later i heard a noise like a missing oil on my steering pump, i checked the hoses and i noticed the hoses were untied, loose, i installed new hose clamps but it was to late, my power pump was ruined, cause it was sucking air thru the lose clamps, and i had to paid $850.00 dollars for a single o ring installed! And plus i have to go to replace my pump steering, no idea how much but i will never comeback to this idiot guys. They do not even know how to bleed off a power steering on a cascadia 2012. But the know how to charge me $500 on labor for a power steering o ring seal!
