This is an absolutely terrible towing company. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been frustrating from start to finish. They are consistently late — not just a few minutes, but often leaving you stranded for hours with little to no communication. When you try to call for an update, the staff comes off as annoyed, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping you understand what’s going on.
And once the trucks finally show up, it somehow gets worse. The drivers I’ve encountered have been rude, unprofessional, and act like you’re inconveniencing them by needing assistance — which is literally their job. There’s no courtesy, no respect, and certainly no sense of urgency.
I’ve dealt with towing companies before, and these guys stand out in the worst possible way. Poor service, poor communication, and zero customer care. I will go out of my way to avoid using them ever again, and I strongly suggest others do the same
I recently had my vehicle towed with a help by Michael Garcia (#352). Michael was a kind soul and a true gentleman. He treated my family with utmost respect. He first got us to a better place to transfer our belongings and waited to make sure my family's ride showed up. Michael and I had a great conversation about life, and he was an angel in a moment of stress. Thank you, Michael, for your exceptional service!
Worst company ever. Called me 10 min before a pre booked appointment saying we are running 90 min late. Then after 2 hours I call back and they cannot even give me an ETA. And the arrogance of the lady on the phone was something else. Avoid these guys. Minus 5 stars!
Brie was so amazing! My boyfriend and I made the mistake of going camping and got our truck stuck. During the worst rain storm. She kept us up to date the entire time.
Prompt, courteous and reasonably priced service changing out my flat tire, which involved a bit of muscle! What could've been a hellish night turned out to be a mild inconvenience. Thank you!
I used S&R via AAA, but it took over 3 hours to show-up. Not sure why the delay, but Tow Operator Manny saved the day. Very knowledgeable, professional, and his towing/driving skills were 6 on a scale of 5.
Was told attendant would open gate for after hours between 8:30-9pm to pick up vehicle and I called the office and representative immediately gave me attitude and told me to wait more when I was already waiting for 2 hours then she hung up on me.
S&R literally saved my day today. I locked my keys in my car and thought I would be standing out in the rain for a while. Within 5 minutes the truck waa at my car and the most wonderful man named Nick stepped out with a huge smile. Nick really made my day and had my keys out within a matter of minutes. Thank you S&R!
Worst tow of my life. I swear the driver almost crashed thrice and cut off some girl in a hatchback. I guess if you need fast service more than your life go for it.
Terrible! Towed at noon, required to go to CHP for release... This is more than 30 minute drive not easy to arrange with no car... An hour at CHP, then trying to find the yard... So next day after towing they charge for two days because at 2 pm we are 2 hours beyond 24 hours! 550.00. Wow!!!
Broke down in Valley Center 10pm .. needed a tow nothing available till 8 am the next morning they told me they may not be able to tow or charge more for my car being a little low ..person on the phone wasn't the nicest.... won't call them again.. tow truck from escondido came and got me no problem towing and was super nice
We all know needing an unexpected tow can really ruin your day... but that's not the case with S&R Towing!
They were prompt, professional and genuinely caring. Service tech John was incredibly empathetic and helpful in getting my car to an auto mechanic. He arrived quickly with a helpful attitude and had my car on the road in no time. He knew exactly what to do and left me feeling my car was in good hands.
I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a tow, they're a game changer!

I had left my lights on so my battery was dead I only had to wait about 15 minutes for the man to come and he was very nice and polite. He had my car started in less than a minute and I was on my way again . Thank you it's nice to know that your service is there when I need it.
Found S&R after the tow company my insurance company contacted cancelled after waiting 90 minutes. They couldn't even find a company that would take the call. I called the Temecula S & R location and received quality customer service - car was in a parking garage with low height and needed a tow dolly. It took a while to get the right truck free but the office kept in contact, remembered me when I called and got the job done. The driver (out of Fallbrook location) was competent and professional, and the rig was clean. They will now be the first ones I call if I need a tow.
