Called and asked for a part but he didn't have it and I needed it today. He found the part I needed at another location and I must say the customer service is amazing. Will definitely call back if I need any more parts

Chris is an angel sent from heaven. When I was in a frustrating situation, he went above and beyond to help me get it resolved. Not too many humans like him left on earth. If you are thinking of doing business with anyone, it should be him! He is honest, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you thank you a million times over!

So I called in hopes of finding a bumper for my car, and the guy was super helpful. Even though they didn’t have the part, he politely referred me to some other places that could possibly have had it, and gave me a breakdown of how to get the part I was looking for. Being that, I had no experience in this, I really appreciated his kindness.
Called to junk my car at 1pm they gave me an offer I accepted they were supposed to pick up the car at 3pm called them several times after 4pm Nd kept getting told I would be called by a tow truck company but they never did, I’d prefer if they didn’t want the car they shouldn’t have gave me an offer or just don’t say u guys by any car. Due to the fact that they waisted my time and lack of communication, I highly don’t recommend them, better off doing buisness with some other company. Flakes & Laggers.
They have many parts but unfortunately will not let you look around to find a car. They will not let you look around so only go if you know exactly what you want.
