I never used this service but was tailgated by a driver who tried to force me out of a lane, then quickly excited to another freeway... whats the point? He wasn't even going my way. He then flipped me off twice because that's what a logical person does I guess when they're wrong. Never used the service and never plan to
I wish there was an option for negative stars. Picked up my sister's car from this place they are horrible. Her car was taken 3 weeks after she got the car off the lot bran new. When we got her car back it was clear they were using her car for there own personal use. From the huge dent on the back bumper to the kid mask in the back seat. O yeah did I for get to mention the miles on the car are dubbled and here is the kicker they switched her tires. Wow worst towplace ever. O and I have proof of it all.
I was recently in a car accident and this horrible company towed my car. As if car accidents weren't stressful enough, I was repulsed by the Customer Service or lack thereof, service. They never answer the phone or return messages, they misplace vital paper work and try to place blame on customers, even though I have a fax confirmation for 2 pages going through "ok". I have never had a "manager " named Liz, treat me with such disrespect and rudeness. I am a Human Resources Manager and can tell you right now, that is not how you treat customers regardless of the situation. Not sure how they stay in business with such unqualified personnel in management. I hope I never ever have to deal with this terribly unprofessional company again. Absolutely disgusted .
