They seem so nice && all but i honestly made five trips not getting correct parts. Telling me I need a certain part buying it then not needing it. HORRIBLE experience go knowing exactly what u need knowing how it looks. They will tell u so SURE that its the part && then ur screwed with a part u dnt need! Policy no refund!
Been here 4 times, and every time I’ve visited this place I have had a pleasant experience. Don’t hesitate to check this place out, great customer service. 👍🏼 They also don’t over charge, great prices! 👍🏼
I would say STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I called and spoke to Freddie before I went to him to see if he had the part, he assured me he did. I asked if he could pull it for me as I was running late. He stated he would, however when I got there an hour later it was not pulled. Freddie told me it was the one for a vehicle that had ABS, however when I dropped it off at the shop they later informed me that it was NOT for ABS. You can imagine my disappointment as I live 2 hours away from Palomos. I again, called and spoke to Freddie and he said that he had one with ABS. I explained to him that I live 2 hours away, and asked him several times if he was sure he had it as I was sending my son down to pick it up because the car was stuck on the lift at the shop. He continued to insist that he had it. *Here is when it gets REALLY BAD... when my son gets there he Does NOT have the part, and can't find one at any of the junk yards. I understand if you don't have a part but don't have me make a 5 hour+ round trip (with traffic) only to tell me you don't have it. .
