I called on a Tuesday to see if they would be interested in buying my 2000 Ford Explorer Sport, they offered $150 and I accepted since I just wanted it away. When I got a better offer for my truck, I tried calling them to cancel the tow truck driver from coming to get it, they never answered. I've called over 5 times, left voicemails, some calls were even hung up. Customer service was good when I wanted to sell, but I guess they dont like receiving cancellation calls.
