Very sad to say that they won’t respect your time.
Car pick up was suppose to be between 8-12, even though they emphasized that they would be coming earlier around 9-10.
They told us that they would call an hour before to make sure we were ready but 11 rolled around and no phone call. 12 rolled around and no phone call either. The guy ended up picking up the car around 12:45 meaning that I had to wait at home for basically 5 hours waiting for them to show up.
Communication between the dispatchers and the tow trucks seems to not be the best so I would recommend somewhere a little more reliable than them, Just my two cents.

I must say, I was skeptical about giving up the title before the check cleared, but I deposited it the same day and it cleared the following day.

Very proficient picked up vehicle the same day although they had to squeeze me into their schedule. Everything went smoothly and driver had everything ready and made the transition very easy.
Well sometimes these buy your car for cash companies you just take a chance .But this company was Not like any of the same style shops. They asked questions got the info . Then they needed a few mins. Came back with an amount. My sister was very happy with it . Also shop was clean shop plus the employees were all very nice. 5 stars or 2 thumps up.
