Vehicle was not in specific location given and driver was willing to go to 2 different locations to make sure vehicle was picked up and towed to destination.   Gabriel has been amazing with his customer service and great service because Marcos was down the street from where I needed the tow. I am currently at a car dealership but the car I am trading is at home. Gabriel was able to get my car towed to the dealership without me having to go home and meet Marcos

  I believe Bobby Sims is the person who helped me on 02/08/23 off of Carroll Canyon Rd to Chula Vista Kia. He was so polite, kind, and extremely helpful. I was stranded on the side of the freeway and he made everything so smooth. I felt safe with him. He did everything with a smile and was sooo fast!!!! Definitely the best tow experience I’ve had.
