The service was fast and easy, but a lot more expensive than I think it should be. It cost me more to junk my 3pc couch ($378) than to move the rest of my 1bdr apartment, which includes a 5pc bedroom set and many boxes, into a ubox ($187). They also tried to scam me out of an extra $100 onsite by saying my job required extra labor because I live in a high rise instead of a house. I pushed back and they backed off the extra charge. This was never mentioned when I booked over the phone and the website plainly states that labor is included unless there are extreme circumstances. A high rise with elevator is not one. I believe other junk pick ups are better priced, and I will likely go with another company if I require this service in the future.

The boys that came out to help were very professional. They called me with an ETA on when they’d arrive, communicated very well on what I was Looking for, and what they could do to help. When it was time to start taking stuff they worked really fast and always double check to make sure what I wanted to go was in the right spot. I would definitely use them again.
Michael and Jesus did a great job helping us clear out the remaining junk in our apt after moving. They were quick and very accommodating to the giant pile of random things we needed gone. They took the ewaste, appliances, random household goods and furniture, all in well under an hour. I appreciate the smooth process and their helpful attitude. It was a huge relief after all the moving we've done. Im not sure how the pricing compares to other places but they were flexible within my budget.

5 stars all across the board. The owner Lee was wonderful, he came out to meet me and give me a estimate. The next day he sent Jesus, Sam, and Caden and they were incredible. Professional and efficient, they made light work out of something that would have taken me all day to do myself. And they did it with a good sense of humor. I've saved this number in my phone. I called in the morning to get a couch and treadmill removed from my apartment on the third floor. They arrived by noon and completed the job. Highly recommend! Quick, efficient and friendly service. Reasonable price too.

03/28/25: Customer Service was super helpful in updating my pickup date to a same day arrangement. Jesus and Erik kept in contact on arrival times. Very appreciative of their hard work getting a very heavy couch through a narrow staircase, along with two other heavy furniture pieces. Whole process took about 45 minutes or so. The booking process was easy. I got confirmation messages after booking, the day before and the morning of the appointment, plus they called when they were on their way. They needed to move our appointment to a different time, so they called to reschedule. Another junk haul company just stood me up. Communication was very professional throughout the whole process.
The guys that came out were really nice and professional. Had a garage cleanup with mattress, oven, furniture, boxes and junk that wasn’t boxed up. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.
