Do NOT go here they fail to deliver as they promised. I ordered a back glass for my Ford focus . I was half way there on a 3 hour trip to meet the installer and was told he couldn't do it. So I cancelled the order when he told me no refunds on glass and refused to refund my down. I even offered to split the deposit and he still says no, beware this place is a scam !!!!!!!!
The worst, and I mean the worst place to take your car, dont even bother going here, they charge you like they are installing a new engine, give you a finish product filled with flaws, errors and half ass connections. They swapped my engine with faulty hoses with small tears and installed it with broken valve cover and told me they covered the part, but the work to swap it like they didn't installed like that, I called to voice my complaint and they hang up on me, so unprofessional. I plan to file a civil lawsuit
They had a hard-to-find part I needed at a good price. On arrival, I was walked to the donor car so I could see the part. Paid, left for a couple hours so they could pull the part, picked up my part. Easy peasy.
The worst place possible to leave your car, had an engine replaced with them and they did a really dirty job, unplugged cables, bent valve, missing screw, if you are planning to leave your car with them think again.
This place betos auto salvage is not a good and trusted place they don't have the right part and they sell you the wrong part they don't want to return my money but they kept the part from 2006 ford five hundred they are not honest I felt that they are stealing my money probably they do the same to other's
Returning customer , I had an engine replaced on a ranger about a year ago and now will get an engine replaced on a 2013 limited Taurus , Betos has great prices and great value to the work they do. A friend that has used Betos on a few ocations for a few different vehicles recommended me Betos and I am great-full for that recommendation, Betos has been around for a while and are still going strong it must be for a good reason. I have seen the bad reviews and working in the automotive industry I’ve learned you can’t make everyone happy sometimes no matter what you do, Betos has not let me down. So I’m writing a good review as a testmonial.
Called around to a few junkyards looking for a replacement window. I called Betos and asked if the price included the installation as it was more than I already expected. They said yes. A few hours later I showed up and they wanted 80 extra dollars to install the window. Super shady
Let me tell you guys how the biggest scammers are Betos Auto wrecking are. I went to them to buy engine for my car they said the engine has 75k miles and I payed $3000 for the engine and installation so all together $3000, which I though it was good deal and didn’t complain but when they installed the engine and I took back my car I checked online how many miles the engine they gave me has and it had 180k miles when they told me the engine has 75k miles, these are the biggest scammers, and they have done that to so many people, if you don’t wanna get scammed don’t ever go to betos auto wrecking.
Terrible experience. My boy called down there sent a picture to confirm and paid me to take him down by the border. We get there only to be told they didn't have the car or the part. Which infuriated my friend to say the least. There were no apologies issued nor any suggestions on where to go. When asking for "Angel" the employee who helped nobody knew where to find him. Just an overall terrible experience
Absolutely, bullshet, drove down a death trap street, pot holes, n canyons..got to zanadu,.. for, Oh, that part?..yeah we sold it 2 years ago..sorry we wasted 3 hours of your life, wrecked your alignment, on your new 4x4 ..and now wrecked your shoes, with who knows what kinda caustic chemicals were on the dirt, bolts, lug nuts, toilet paper, ..never, ever go there...BUY NEW..YOU'LL THANK ME !!
BETO IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. I HAD AN ENGINE INSTALLED AND IT TOOK THEM 2 WEEKS WHEN TOLD 5 DAYS. ONE I GOT THE CAR THEY DID A POOR JOB ON THE POWER STEERING. BETO WILL NOT FIX IT RIGHT AND SO NOW I HAVE TO PAY MORE OUT OF POCKET TO GET IT FIXED. AVOID BETO'S AT ALL COST. I NEEDED MY CAR SO JUST TOOK IT, IT SAT FOR WEEKS AND THEY DID NOTHING BUT DRIVE IT AROUND.. TOTAL SCAM.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Very rude and unprofessional individuals running this place. They have had a vehicle of mine 6 months now which they told me would take 1 week to repair the transmission. I have already paid them for the work but they have not been able to fix the vehicle correctly. I drove the vehicle there for them to repair and now it no longer drives and has been hit (Needs a new door) while in their possession. I spoke with the manager and he is refusing to give me back a full refund and has hung up on me multiple times when I try to understand why I should loose money because they have not been able to fulfill their duties. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I had asked them to give me an air compressor for a 2011 Jeep Patriot is sold me a 2010 Jeep Patriot AC compressor I came back to return it they sold me the wrong one in the first place they didn't want to give me the money back.
