Called and left a message at 11, left dozens more until 2 am, didnt respond til 3 while i was asleep, called back at 5:20 and they were here in 35 min. Came by and gave the idiot what he deserved and did their job so ig instead of 1 star ill give 2 at least justice was still dealt
I would rather pull my car across town with my teeth than ever even call this pathetic excuse for a company ever again. Horrible communication, horrible customer service, doesn’t answer the phone while he is in the office the entire time. The guy who is in charge of the place set an appointment and just didn’t show up when I asked why he cancelled he said he got another opportunity to make more money. Rescheduled again and then cancelled that second appointment. I called a different place and they had me hooked up in 15 min for literally half the price.
Called in when I was in a pinch and was promptly given a quote for the service needed. Can't spell Armando without the "Man" because that what he is, he came through in the time frame promised after helping out the others in need.
WOW! City Wide Towing is great! Prompt, friendly, honest and affordable. We needed a battery jumped in a pinch and Armando really came through! As a State Farm agent I appreciate this type of service and will highly recommend them to friends and customers. Thank you so much!
Quick, easy, and knowledgeable service provided! I called for a tow and Armando came out to see if we could get the car jumped. 15 minutes later (on a busy saturday morning I might add) he was there and got the car started. Also gave a good advice about steps I could take to get the issue fixed. Highly recommend them. Thank you so much for the help!
Called for a non emergency tow and they were unable to provide service but Armondo did provide the information for another tow company, impressive, and that tow company was fabulous, I appreciate his help very much, and his willingness to send a competitor business, I absolutely love that.
Great service! I had backed into a fire hydrant and my car had gotten stuck .Armando was the only towing company out of the multiple I called willing to come help. He was able to get my car unstuck without setting off the hydrant and left my car with the most little damage I could’ve gotten out of that situation. He was even nice enough to park my car into a safer place in my drive way.
Armando is definitely the guy you want to call to get the job done. I had a vehicle obstructing my parking spot and he was very quick to reply and let me know he was on the way to take care of the vehicle. In no time Armando had it hooked up to the tow truck and before I knew it he was on his way out. I've never received such professional and prompt service. Definitely going to reach out to him if I ever need a tow again!
City Wide Towing charges fees that are not explained on their fee chart. They state that there is a 50 dollar fee that is per day and when the car was not there even an hour they said that it actually starts after an hour. After explaining this to the manager, they declined to change it. They need to have better documentation and accept when they are wrong. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
I’m a VA employee and one of my veterans needed his tire changed from a flat to a spare City wide towing was the first company I called. The guy I talked to was very patient polite, and efficient. I recommend city wide towing to everyone !

I called everywhere looking for a tow company that would jump start a company vehicle that I was stranded in today. Since I didn't have a company credit card with me and very little cash on hand, most places wouldn't work with me. When I called Citywide towing, they were very compassionate and sent out a driver to start the vehicle within 20 minutes and gave me a discount. I will be adding this company as our new emergency services towing company. Thanks again City Wide !

Had an amazing experience with this company. Needed a quick tow and was quoted a great price. They were super fast too, they were able to get to me in under 15 min. I forgot the name of the gentleman who helped me out but he was great. Highly recommend!
The guy who answered the phone was also the guy who came to help, Armando. He was super friendly and the price was really low. He didn’t take long at all to show up and fixed my issue faster than any company has in the past. Definitely recommend.
Armando was my tow truck driver. He was super friendly and we had a great car ride together as i was on my way home. I would recommend them for towing, because i tried calling 3 other towing services and none of then picked up and some calls disconnected.
Not sure who help me this evening I unfortunately forgot his name but he was amazing. He was communicative and articulate. He was punctual and honored the quoted price. I felt that he genuinely cared about the situation I was in. For record purposes the job was done between 945pm and 1030pm on Wednesday on 11/14/18 so hopefully that helps with getting the this positive review tonthe right guy.
Just got a quick tow, unfortunately my starter went out at a gas station after work, luckily not too far from home, but requested the tow and was pleased with the service. Unfortunately dont remember the drivers name but would be more than happy to give him credit for the job. I was quoted a great price and didn't have to wait long to be helped. I was greeted respectfully upon the drivers arrival had a great conversation and was sure my car was in good hands on the way home. The driver was able to safely get my car into my driveway which is a bit of a hill and a tight spot but like a pro he made it happen and didn't mind maneuvering at all. I'd definitely use this tow service again. Incase they see this I was a red on red Acura integra hopefully they can link this post to the driver to get him credit, appreciate the service guys!
Whole transaction from start of wait time to end of tow took less than 45 min. Very responsive and friendly driver, decent price, and quick and efficient. He even offered to take my non-operative car off my hands if needed. Great service overall, and they'll be my go-to towing company in the future.

I had a really awesome experience. I was a little panicked for it was my first tow. I called and the operator was very friendly. Gave me a base price, quote, and how much per mile they charge. They are very well priced. I got stuck around the 163. Driver was also the most down to earth dude on the planet. He didn't just tow my car, he made it into an awesome experience. After a long night of work, I came home at around 12:50am to find a car parked in the driveway of my gated home. So I called in to have the car towed and was met with great service. Since I felt a bit nervous, I had asked him if he could wait for me to get inside my home before he took the car away. I'm honestly happy that I chose to call this towing service!
Friendly response when I called and asked for a quote, price quoted to me was reasonable so I made an appointment for my car to be picked up later in the day when it was convenient for me. Driver was professional and friendly, and ultimately the price ended being less than I had expected from the quote. Definitely recommend.
