Bad service. Rude estimators. Low ball offers to see if you'll bite. Called them days prior to attempt to sell my car. They gave me a price. Called them a couple of days later and tried to low ball me 200 on the previous offer because I never got an invoice. Here I thought it was the companies responsibility to send that when you ask for an estimate on a vehicle. Your better off going with other companies and asking around before settling with the price they give you. They offered me 300 when another company is coming to pick it up for 500. Just the catalytic converters, rims and cooling system runs up higher than 1000. Wheelzy is a better company and they don't play around with there prices and try and change it last minute. Yall just wasting people's time.
" Waste of time calling them* . I just got off the phone with this company. I found them on Google reviews, so I thought I'd give them a try. Selling a newer model vehicle with good mileage but the dealer started making comments about problems with the making model of my vehicle and having transmission problems which is unheard of. My car is excellent. And has never given me any problems whatsoever. If he just doesn't want to buy the car, we cannot afford any investment right now then just outright tell me. But don't make excuses or come up with little comments.

I had a bad experience with this company. I sold my car to them for cash, and when I did, I asked them if they needed the title. They said "no" which surprised me, but I was paid. That was in Nov 2022. It's now Aug. 2023 and I found out that they never registered my car in their name, even though I asked them to during a phone call after the sale. Now I have to hassle with the DMV. Thanks a lot Cash For Cars.

Last Tuesday I sold my non-running vehicle to Cash For Cars. Overall I had an excellent experience. Tony was extremely efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. He managed to purchase my vehicle within an hour of my calling, which was very impressive. The company handled everything for me which made selling my car extremely simple. Tony filled out all the paperwork for the DMV and arranged for the towing of car, since it was not running. as far as the pricing, Tony made me a good offer, which I thought it was fair. Honestly I didn't think anyone else would want to purchase the car since it had some very serious engine damage. All in all I feel this is the most convenient way to sell a vehicle, I didn't have to deal with any paperwork, the towing was taken care of and most important, I didn't have to spend time trying to sell my car. Personally I recommend this service to anyone.
My wife and I already sold one car to Tony (for a great price), but only a couple of days later our other car broke down out of nowhere, and we were literally on our way to leaving the country. We called Tony and he offered to come to us immediately, gave us several options on what we could do (including rental car suggestions, where to go to get repairs, and he even tested the car himself to confirm the mechanic's diagnosis and see if the car were safe or not to drive across the country).
