Came to see if I could find a window replacement for my 1993 ford Campervan that I am converting. I called the number that is listed at the front of the business. The man who picked up was: Very rude, not flexible, lots of attitude, no face to face it he decides he does not have anything for you.
Never met anyone there. Nobody there to greet you or help you.
One star because of the customer service. It all could have been better.
I was looking for a part for an ‘89 F-250 that was near impossible to find. After calling multiple places, I was happy to hear that Brown Field had one. When I got there it was the wrong one but they were able to find the correct part for me.
Rude and I was willing to drive down and spend a few thousand. They will not get a dime from me. Be very cautious of who you would like to do business with. I feel absolutely dismayed of how I was just dealt with. Very very unprofessional.

I had a great experience. I stopped in after wasting time at pick your own junkyards and walked up to the counter the guy checked inventory and I had my part (bumper impact bar) in 10 minutes. Price was lower than eBay and egailers with no shipping costs and delays.
This is why reviews are important! I didn't even make it to the place. I called t get a quote for a fuel tank. And as you would guess he was rude and disrespectful just as the reviews stated. He told me that his employee was on his lunch and would call me back when he located the part. He did not call back period. I understand sometimes life is busy so I called back. This guy charged me $200 for a part I can get brand-new for $80. If I could give this place 0 stars I would
First off when I called the guy who answered seemed to care less to answer my questions then snapped at me for asking a question. Gave me a price so I drove 30 minutes to get there and he raised the price by a $100 my original total was $250 then when I arrive it's $350 go figure he had no other customers so I'm sure I was paying a bill for him. Long story short I would never spend my money here definitely find another dismantler to hand your money too. Not to mention his yard looks like crap many better dismantlers around.
