You guys need to work on phone etiquette. You immediately put people on hold , then 10-15 minutes later answer , and half the times I get put on hold a second time , then get hung up on .
It’s getting old .
Always great parts and usually good service. Unfortunately sales may be understaffed now. Spent 10 mins on hold. When I finally got through the sales person hung up in 3 seconds. He may not have been able to hear me because of an issue with my Bluetooth headphones, but it was very frustrating I had no chance to fix it and wasted 10 minutes of my work day. A little more patience from them would be appreciated, especially when their wait times are this bad.
Great parts and service usually. Hope they can fix this so I can buy again in the future.
Great place to save a buck or 2. Lots of cars, lots of parts, They buy cars in the clutch when you need gone or some extra cash. I miss she cash days because the world accepts cash ! They give a check but oh well. Good place to come up for parts or cash.
Prices are outrageous they have come up with new tactics to rip you off, saw one of the employees stick his hand down a customers pants to retrieve a small plastic part, this location has taken all the fun out of going to the junkyard, you can order new parts for about the same price as the yard is selling them for what is even the point?
Website is for investors? I just wanted to look up a part but I guess the website no longer works so I can't look up inventory or prices! Also they have more than doubled admission fees now at $5 just to get in and they automatically add a warranty on everything... just go somewhere else, it's cheaper and the parts are already pulled off. I used to love pick a part yards but I can see why they have already shut down a bunch and I don't see this one lasting long
