Worst service I’ve ever attempted to use. They low ball me on a great bmw and then the guy who was supposed to pick it up gave me a time he would be here and then ghosted me and wouldn’t call me back or answer the phone and now I’m supposed to be moving out of state but now I have to deal with this car and I’m extremely upset. WASTE OF TIME
Everything was great. Sale was quick and easy. Tow pickup from the shop was great. The only thing that could use improvement is how you have to talk to 4 different people to complete everything and all the details don’t always get communicated. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Applied online for a scrap car quote and was immediately called from a sales agent from Copart (Cash for Cars is apparently a subsidiary). The quote was well above what other online or local scrap was offering, so I decided to move forward. I was initially worried at their insistence that I send off pictures of my DL and a signed copy of my title, but their agent Martha talked me off the ledge and I'm glad she did - apparently they work with auctioneers who utilize local towing companies, and it's the local companies who require some sort of proof that you're willing to release the title before they trek out to tow. Their pickup was easy, professional and fast. If I have to scrap another car (fingers crossed that'll never happen) I'd use this company again, and hope that Martha was still a part of the team.
Super easy process. My car was parked on a steep hill on a Saturday, and they had to resend out a truck and it was picked up by no later than Monday early afternoon. They gave one of the best prices around beating out Wheezly, The place in mission valley, along with a couple others they are the place to go through thank you
Super quick. Got my offer in less then 20 mins. They did offer me a bit lower then carvana, but they dont require you to get new registration or inspections. So got more money not having to pay for registration or smog check.

Well, what can I say? I'm in the USA recently, specifically in Southern California. Of course I had a lot of questions about the procedure of registration, and the sale. Everything is done remotely through emails, calls and text messages. I got a reasonable price considering the history of the car. All the processes were quite easy. Asif and all the people I dealt with at Cash for Cars were wonderful. Sold a truck and a motorcycle over 2 days. Truck sale and pickup went great- thanks, Pancho! Motorcycle pickup and sale was horrible- tow truck driver could not speak English and kept us waiting on the street in my car for over 2 hours. When he finally got there he had a big tow truck with 3 cars on it and because of the language barrier kept telling me 45 minutes, 30 minutes, 20 minutes and couldn’t explain that he had other cars to pick up first, He was a really nice guy so I couldn’t be mad at him when he got there, but it was a really long day.
Very friendly in person, but a horrible lack of communication. I was told multiple times before pick-up that they would call me an hour before. I even called to confirm. Nope...suddenly the impound lot called to say Cash4Cars was there (got no notice).
Then, I've been trying to get a response from them for weeks to confirm who I specifically list on the DMV transfer form, but nothing. Crickets. They asked me to write a good review and yet don't seem to care. I'm very disappointed.
Martha was a terrific help thru the selling of our vehicle. She made it a very enjoyable experience and super easy. The person that picked up the car was super friendly and helpful also. It was a easy and smooth transaction

He went above and beyond to help get my car out of a parking spot that was blocked by two cars he pushed it out for me so it could be towed. The process was easy. Good input from phone contact, Freddy was great to work with. They picked up my car the next day. Joel did a fantastic job. Copay is to be commended but I had to wait for a pickup call for 5hrs., my only complaint-everything else went smoothly and I'm waiting for my final Bill of Sale.
