I have called Ramona auto dismantling as well as dropped by the business when I have needed a part or help with something. I have relied on them for towing services over the past several years also. Juan is fair with pricing and his driver Lester is the best! He is extremely competent , courteous, and experienced!! Lester has made every otherwise horrible auto situation into a hassle free encounter . I know my vehicle will arrive to its destination when he says it will, he is able to maneuver in some tight problematic parking spots , and he keeps his word when quotes a price for the job. Wow, Juan and his staff have the most organized and well stocked auto recycling yard I’ve seen! After I managed to roll my Jeep, they had everything available to rebuild it better than new. I completely trust and appreciate Juan. I highly recommend his business.
Professional staff dedicated to doing a good job and finding the correct part for your car, even if they don't have it they will tell you where you can find it.
They helped me pull an old Civic out of my front yard that I had been using for parts for another Civic. They came all the way to Vista and were extremely reasonable considering everything. The driver was also very cool, even when stuff started to go sideways. They were also the only company in North County I was able to find that was willing to pick up a vehicle without an engine. Although I no longer live in the area I would highly recommend them to anyone who is, and if I ever move back I will definitely keep them in mind if the need arises. This was months ago, and I typically don't leave reviews, but I just thought about that situation and felt they definitely deserved a 5 star review.
I never went there all the business I did was over the phone. The two gentlemen where as helpful as they could possibly be. Unfortunately they did not have the part I was looking for but they definitely tried the best that they could to locate any vehicle that would have matched our part and also make sure that the part number matched what our vehicle needed
Shady as hell. My motorcycle got towed because the police assumed it was stolen, didn’t check their facts before. and for 12 hours it’s gonna cost $350. Worst towing company ever
I have gone here a few times for parts, I don’t recommend them at all. They are very shady people. Stay as far from them as possible. They overcharge for parts and have no idea what parts are correct. I have bought one thing from them and I would rather drive to Chula Vista from now on than deal with these people.
Trying to find a part in this place was crazy. I called up and they said all calls back in 30 minutes and then at the end of 30 minutes they have me call back in 45 minutes the end of 45 minutes they let me call back in another 30 minutes just to tell me they didn't have the part they couldn't check up until that final time to me that's no way to run a business!
When you need that piece of equipment that is too expensive the best option is coming here. You get a fair price and at the same time you can buy that refreshment you need because of that ramona weather.
I came there on an emergency my car was steaming and Flow problem for my radio to my transmission oil and water mixed up I have a Hyundai 2001 I was worried about getting parts for that. This place is awesome he took me right away there was other problems with that which we are showing to me I needed to be fixed and I did that. They’re kind and friendly wonderful people all of them I recommend this place 100% and I will be back for some more parts to spruce up my car. Walked up got battery for a truck ,found a transmission for anothet truck i had been looking for to boot for a great price and got it installed ,the next day it was ready .nobody beat their price...

I specifically told them that I won't a part from a particular car and instead they went and took it from a older model and I spent two day in the heat working for nothing, then they won't serve me and laugh about knowingly I have no car to go down the hill... what illegal jerks
